| According to Ion beam Mediated transformation technology, it is urgent for us to study the technology and the biology effect in it's descendent during the course of Ion beam-Mediated Exogenous Hereditary material with regular experiment. The experiment completed with the Ion beam Mediated as , mutation, six kinds of corn entire genome DNA and one kind of gingko entire genome DNA as the genetic material donor and four common wheat varieties as the acceptor. According to the general ogical record screening law, the main agronomic characters of the descendent were observed, appraised and screened under the field condition. The contemporary and second communities' biology effect after the extraneous source genetic material transformation were studied according to the abnormal ear, grew weakly (or strongly), plant types, blade profile and mono-ear type of individual plant in the descendent community. The results are as follows:.1 That studies on the contemporary community's biology effect after Ion beam-Mediated Exogenous Hereditary material. From four angles four kind of donors materials between Ion beam irradiation control, the blank control, soaks control and the Mediated-material were analysed to the four aspects of the agronomic characters of the four transferring materials. The tests suggested that the big change community was found in the irradiation and Mediated material and the sudden change spectrum is bigger in the entire material, and then the analysis of variance (ANOVA) was made on the ear long, divides the tiller number and all plants of Lankao 906.Natural difference is found in three aspects of the ears long, divides the tiller number and all plants between the control and mediated material. The phenomenon of ears long shorten, the stooling strengthen, and all plants increasing, of the Lankao906 communities after Ion beam-mediated explored the difference between the control and Mediated material from another angle, explained that Ion beam-Mediated changes advantage ously.2 That studies on biology effect of the second generation after Ion... |
