Abstract/Summary:
With CPSSR method, the paper studied genetic diversity and differentiation in temporal dimension of natural population of Pinus koraiensis in Liang Shui national nature reserve. Total 218 P. Koraiensis samples aged from 1 to 100 years were grouped 10 age classes every 10 years. 8 polymophic loci were obtained from 2 pairs of SSR primers and percentage of SSR polymophic loci was 70. 90%. The genetic diversity Nei index of the age class 10 is the lowest, while the age class' is the highest. Genentic diversity in ageclass is 0. 1354, the population diversity is 0. 1452, the diversity between the ageclasses is 0.0099, and the diverge index is 0.065. Resu It showed that genetic diversity of P. koraiensis in Liang Shui national nature reserve fluctuated twice in 100 years. In the current phase, the genetic diversity is very low. We conclude that the reason that the diversity of current phase is so low is mainly because of human destruction function.
