Pinus koraiensis is a kind of temperate zone needle broad-leaf mixed forest, it has a great economic and ecological value. In this paper, ISSR technique was used to detect the genetic diversity of 16 Pinus koraiensis populations in Jilin Province. The results of this research were following:(1) 116 spot stable and repeatable had been detected, the polymorphism position spot was 103 and the ratio of polymorphism position was 88.79%. The Nei multiple index mean values was 0.2991 and Shannon multiple index mean values was 0.4448. These two index indicated that the heredity multiplicity of Jilin Pinus koraiensi population was high.(2) The genetic differentiation was 0.2536 among populations. The genetic diversity was 0.2079 in interior population and was 0.2786 among populations. In addition, the percentage of gene multiplicity in interior population was 74.62% and the percentage heredity multiplicity among populations was 25.38%. In a word, the heredity multiplicity of Jilin Korean pine was due to interior population.(3) These populations were seperated into 3 groups. The first group was in the province and were Changbai Mountain protection population, Changbai Mountain ecology station population, xin kai farm population, Ji'an da qing gou farm population, Jiaohe farm population, Huichun big house population, Dunhua farm population, Changbai Hengshan farm population , AnTu Erdao bai River farm population, Linjiang NaoZhi population and Tonghua Chaoyang farm population; According to tree picture and geographical distribution, the Ji Lin DunHua Qinglin forest population was the centre distribution shows that this kind of jilin dun-hwa green forest. Lin was centered around population to population, axles of dissemination; The Huinan Jinchuan farm population, the Antu Ma'anshan farm population, the Changbai County Lenggouzi farm population and the Lushuihe population gathered the second big group, because the climate and the surrounding ecological of these four areas were similar; The Jiaohe River population was the third group,this population was near ChaoYang heaven hillock ZhongLiang major of the processing, the stone forest impact, near the Korean pine forest coverage area and narrowed the hindered by communication between with other species.
