Solid phase extraction and HPLC methods were applied for determination of six sulfonamides residues in order to bulid a rapid and exact method. The relults showed that the method of determination of those six residules as following: Add acetonitrile and mix solvent with high speed. Then centrifuge 4000r/min. Transfer supernatant into a new centrifuge tube and add n-hexane for extraction. Then evaporate to dryness and concentrate by passing basic alumina solid-phase extacion(SPE).Wash with 5ml mobile phase and test with by HPLC. LC operating conditions:C18,150 ×4.6mm; Mobile phase,phosphoric acid(0.02mol/L) and Acetonitrile; Column temperature,35 ℃; Sample size,50ul; UV-Detector,275nm. The linear range of six sulfonamides were 0.02-0.5ug/ml under obove conditions. Regrcssion cocfficicnt of SD,SM2,SMM,SMZ,SDM,SQ is 0.99991,0.99991,0.99994,0.99995,0.99998,0.99997.The detectionlion limit is10ug/kg. When added is 50-200ug/kg, Recovery of SD is 71.12-93.04%,RSD is 1.91-8.33%; Recovery of SM2 is 75.04-92.34%,RSD is 2.82-6.24%; Recovery of SMM is 82.34-100.26%,RSD is 1.86-5.93%; Recovery of SMZ is 80.26-96.74%,RSD is 1.49-5.25%; Recovery of SDM is 80.36-94.70%,RSD is 1.96-6.63%; Recovery of SQ is 77.12-96.06%,RSD is 1.88-7.06%.
