Serological Investigation Of CD And Optimization Of CD's Vaccination Schedule

We did this research to prevent Canine Distemper effectively; the main results are showed as follows:1.The Serological investigation in our was made in the research, it was showed that: the protective neutralizing antibody was under 1:8 for the dogs in 6 weeks, so the level of protective neutralizing antibody was low, and this area was not the epidemic area.2.The theory that the rate , breadth and duration of protective neutralizing antibody were in paralleled with the dosage in certain range was proved in this research.3.We made the new Vaccination schedule of Canine Distemper, and with which the dogs got the more protective neutralizing antibody than with the traditional Vaccination schedule, in addition duration of the antibody was longer.4.The new Vaccination schedule of Canine Distemper was carried out in Xinjiang agriculture university, Priva.e kennel and animal experiment central of Lanzhou after it was made, then no immunity failure has been found yet.
