The 70 chickens which have higher matermal antibody;after inocubation 3 days;were randomly divided into two groups(exerimental group and check group),both of them was inoculated by ND line vaccine II at routine dosage. The checkens of experimental group were fed feed mixed levamisole hydrochloride 15mg/kg every ady for tree days. The feed for chickens of check group not mixed levamisole. After inoculating 10,20,30,40 and 50 days,30 chickens taken from two group were collected blood respectively,to segregate serum, for testing hemagglutination in hibition antibody titer. In the same time, 10 portions of blood sample randomly taken from each group made blood smear respectively for testing T lymphocyte. The experimental result shows that the HI antibody titer of experimental group slightly higher than of check group, the differences of two groups were nonsignificant(P>0.05). The percentage of T lymphocyle from each experimental group higher than from check group during experimental period, the differences of both achieved an extremely significant level(P<0.01). Therefore, the checkens inoculated by ND II vaccine have higher materal antibody titer, feeding levamisole can promote proliferation of T lymphocyte, and strengthen its immunity. 70 one-day chicks were randomly divided into experiment group and check group, with 35 for each .All chick were inoculated with Marek's Diseaes(MD) vaccine routine dosage. At the meantime, only the experiment group was fed Levamisole hydrochloride 15mg/kg bodyweight/day for 3, 15, 25, 35 and 45 days after vaccination, 10 blood smars were randomly made from each group respsctively for T Lymphocyte test. The experiment result shows that 15, 25 and 35 days after vaccination, the average percentage of T Lymphocyte of experiment group was higher than the check group significantly (p<0.05). Thus feedingLevamisole can promote the proliferation of T Lymphocyte and Increase the cellular immunity in MD vaccination chickens. In this research,70 chickens(after inoculation 14 days, nonmenternal antibody)were divided into two groups(treating group and check group). All of these chickens were inoculated by IBD vaccine at routine dosage. The chickens in treated group fed feed mixed levamisole hydrochloride 15mg/kg/day from first day to third day after inoculation for 3 days. The chickens in check group fed no levamisole in feed. After inoculating the vaccine 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 days, the 30 chickens from each group to collect blood respectively, to segregate serum that used for testing serum antibody. In the same times, the blood samples from each group chickens take 10 samples to do blood smear to be used for testing T lumphocyte. The experimental results show; that the agar diffusion antibody of treated group appears earlier and the rate of positive decreases later than of check group, but the difference between two of them is no significant. The Tlymphocyte in chickens of treated group is more than of check group clearly. Therefore, chicken inoculated IBD vaccine and fed levamisole can promote hyperplasia of T lymphocyte, strengthen immunity of it. In the research,20 heds of piglets at 40-45 days age were divided into two groups, that is experimental group and contrast group, randomly. All pigs were inoculated by swine fewer vaccine in routine dosage. The pigs in experimental group were fed by the feed mixed Levamisole hydrochloride 8mg/kg/day start from the first day after inoculation for 3 days. After inoculation 10,40,70 and 100 days the pigs both groups were collected blood, isolated serum, tested serum antibody respectively. In the same time, the blood of pigs both groups was made blood smear , to test T lymphocyte. The experimental results were: after inoculating 40 days, the geometry average of the serum antibody titer in pigs of both groups was same, after inoculating 10 and 100 days, the serum antibody titer of test group was more than of contrast group, the difference of both groups was no significant(p>0.05). After inoculating 10 days, the percentage of T Lymphocyte of test group was more than of contrast group. Therefore, the pigs were fed Levamisole as well as inoculated by swine fewer vaccine,it can promote rise of T Lymphocyte, increase immunity.
