The investigation results showed: in jilin, cow mastitis's incidence is 40.1%, clinical mastitis cows were 7.5%(75/1000) ; sub clinical mastitis cows were 31.6%(316/1000).The main cause is causative organism. 598 strains bacteria were isolated from 825 milk samples of dairy cows mastitis in jilin area.Result showed that 239 strains of them were Staphylococci(39.97%), 138 strains were Streptococci (23.08%), 122 strains were Escherichia coli(20.40%).The cases of cow mastitis caused with Staphylococci, Streptococci and Escherichia coli were 83.44%, which indicated that the Staphylococci, Streptococci and Escherichia coli.Except for causative organism, cow mastitis were association with age, fetus order, milk secretion stage andquarter.The results showed : along with growth of the age, mastitis's incidence will rise expressly; along with growth of the fetus order, incidence will rise expressly, especially primiparities's incidence were lowes, larger than 7 feuts order, incidence achieve 70%; milk secretion's anaphase incidence was maximum, next was 300 days > intermediate stage and nonage.Each quarter can invasion.Mastitis is a multiple factor disease, so mastitis's etiological factor to have provincialism, we need emphasis breeding and administer, control circumstance pathogenic bacteria, reduce crossing infection of infectivity pathogenic bacteria.
