| In terms of theory and practice, according to the demand of the tea industry development in Yingshan county, the ecological environment of tea base and its production were investigated. Through three respect mensurated, including air, irrigate water and soil, the feasibility to the development of the ecological tea Plantation in Yingshan county was studied. Then, seven countermeasures were put forward, including industrialization strategy, sustainable development, The establishment of quantity standard and its hygienes inspection, pattern confirmed to the ecological tea plantation, scientific and technical innovation, market circulation, organizational management ,etc. Finally, the technique system of the ecological tea plantation constuction was studied and summarized, namely, base environment construction, soil managed and apply fertilizer, variety choose, plant diseases and insect pests prevented and cured, prune and pluck, processes and manufacture, etc.
