We selected different microecology preparation composed of Lactobacill, Photosynthetic bacteria, Bacillus and compound bacteria. Kang Da Er broilers were allotted to 10 groups randomly. They were group 1 (vaccine control group), group 2 (Lactobacill immunized ND vaccine group), group 3 {photosynthetic bacteria immunized ND vaccine group), group 4 (Bacillus immunized ND vaccine group), group 5 (compound bacteria immunized ND vaccine group), group 6 (the control), group 7 (Lactobacill group), group 8 (Photosynthetic bacteria group ), group 9 (Bacillus group ), group 10 (compound bacteria group).Each group was fed with an assigned diet during 0-14 days and 13-42days. Growth performance, immune organ index, lymphocyte transformation rate , RBC immune function assay, ND antibody titer were measured to evaluate the effects of growth and immunological enhancement on Kang Da Er broilers.The results showed that Kang Da Er broilers fed with different microecology preparations had growth promotion elevate and had efficient feed conversion rates comparing with the control. During 0-4 weeks, daily gain of group 7,8,9 and 10 broilers were higher by 13.56%,10.19%,6.57%,22.66% than the control respectively. Forage and meat percentage of group 7,8,9 and 10 broilers were lower by 14.36%, 15.38%, 10.77%, 12.82% than the control respectively (P<0.01 or P<0.05) . During 4-6 weeks, daily gain of group 7,8,9 and 10 broilers were higher by 110.16%,8.59%,12.53%,14.98% than the control respectively (P<0.01) . Forage and meat percentage of group 7,8,9 and 10 broilers were lower by 7.10%, 9.00%, 11.37%, 10.43% than the control respectively. To compare with difference of the control groups, we concluded that body weight of group 7 was always higher than group 8 and 9.The microecology preparations could promote the development of thymus , spleen and bursa of fabricius. The thymus index, bursa of fabricius index and spleen index were higher than the control.The lymphocyte transformation rates of the experiment group were higher than thecontrol. The rates of group 8,9 and 10 broilers were higher by 6. 38%, 6. 16%, 5. 63% than group 6 respectively during 42 days (p<0.01) .The rates of group 3,4and 5 broilers were significant higher than group 1 respectively during 28days (p<0.01) .The RBC-CRl and RBC-IC chaplet percentages of the experiment group were higher than the control. The RBC-CRl chaplet percentages of group 7,8,9 and 10 broilers were higher by 66.21%,46.85%,62.92%,66.21% and the RBC-CRl chaplet percentages were higher by 0.33%,30.04%,31.60%,36.54% than group 6 respectively during 28 days (p<0.01). The RBC-CRl chaplet percentages of group 2,3,4and 5 broilers were higher by 54%,44%,56%,71% than group 6 respectively during 28 days (P<0.01 or P<0.05) . The results showed that RBC immune function could be improved.The antibody titers to New Castle Disease Virus(NDV) could be increased. It could be higher by 2. 591og2 than the control.Compound bacteria had good synergy of ND vaccine. It could improve growth performance and immune organ index comparing with compound bacteria group.
