China is one of the largest agriculture countries in the world. As the first industry of our nation, agriculture plays a very important role during the country economic construction. It provides people with their basic existing materials. Along with the modernization process of agriculture, in order to ease deterioration of environment due to over use of chemical fertilizer and pesticide and keep continuous development of agricultural environment, more and more people devote into the research of agricultural equipment by information technology. "Precision Agriculture" has been accepted all around the world as a kind of modern agriculture management system based on information. Its technical idea is analyzing the reason that makes the different yield in the farm by obtaining the yield information and all kinds of environmental factors that influence the crop's growth in the farm and combining the previous farming experience. Then with the support of certain decision-making, it could provide an effective scheme for farming management, finally puts up variable works by intelligent machines in the farm according to the guidance of recipe map. It can get the final goal that is reducing the production cost and pollution of environment, keeping the continuous development of the agriculture. The research aim of this thesis is acquisition and transaction the yield information in the farm that is the fundamental during the actualizing the "Precision Agriculture". It includes the analysis and handling of error yield data and the system development of yield distributing map of a farm. It can offer a direct, clear and accurate yield distributing map and server for variable work in the farm. The main reach content in this paper include as follows:1) Analyze the working theory and structure of yield monitor system build in the combine harvester. And do research on the precision of GPS orientation equipment by tests.2) Analyze the errors and its type existing on the original yield data recorded by the intelligent yield monitor system of combine harvester. Identify and handle the existing problems. Operate the big errors on yield data with the method of data filter and 3a theorem. Bring forward a 3×3 error data filter pane considering spatial distributing characteristic of yield data in farm. Analyze the filling time errors and delay time errors of the system errors on the yield data. Conclude the average time of two types of errors by synthetically considering the variety trend of flux, moisture and yield.3) Confirm the main function of the yield map software by analyzing the crop yield distribution map system in existence. Analyze and select the suitable data interpolation method used to handling the yield data. Realize the function of filtering the error in theraw data automatically by the software. Provide the clear, accurate statistic result to the user and discuss the arithmetic and realization of contour plot in the yield distribution map.4) Analyze the structure of our country's own yield monitor system. Generate a yield map of a farm with wheat yield data gained by the system. The result shows that this software can give technical support in research and practice of our country's precision agriculture.
