In order to realize the functions of database management of sunflower yield measurement information,real-time monitoring of yield information and remote off-site information query,and data interaction and sharing between platforms such as industrial control machines,clients and servers,this thesis analyzed the current status of research on cereal yield monitoring systems,yield modeling and yield map generation at home and abroad,found out the problems of current research,and then developed a sunflower yield remote monitoring system.The system includes field monitoring computer,Web Service server,client and GPRS transmission network.The main research contents are as follows.1.By analyzing the yield measurement principle of sunflower vehicle-mounted yield measurement system and considering the factors influencing the actual yield measurement in the field,the modeling study of total yield and single yield prediction was conducted.The field harvest experiment of sunflower was carried out in Hongnijing Village,Baotou City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.After the calibration test of total yield,the total yield data of sunflower were fitted with two parameters of impulse sensor voltage signal by least squares method,and the total yield-voltage model equation was derived.The model equations were validated by the total yield validation test.The results showed that the yield model was relatively accurate,with relative errors within5%,and could better predict the total sunflower harvest yield.2.The MCGS industrial control configuration software of Beijing Kunlun Tongtai Company is selected to design the human-machine display interface of the upper computer of sunflower production measurement site,including several parts such as login interface,real-time display of production data,historical data display,real-time database establishment,main control menu bar and operation strategy.The implementation scheme of MCGS configuration remote browsing is also given,including two kinds: VNC remote monitoring and browsing network version of the project with IE browser.3.The Web GIS-based sunflower yield remote monitoring page was developed using HTML5+CSS+Javascript,Arc GIS API for Java Scrip,EChart,Access database,and other technologies.ASP.NET framework was used for page development.Firstly,the general style design of the front-end visual interface of the platform was carried out,and the visual display of data was realized by using j Query layout component,and the base map was displayed online by calling the API of World Map.Secondly,the required yield database tables were designed,while back-end programming was carried out to make the front-end interface interact with the back-end database for data interaction.Based on this platform,users can query the sunflower yield distribution map of a certain date plot by simply entering the URL in a common browser,realizing the function of remote online query.4.The functions of the MCGS configuration part and Web GIS remote monitoring page of the developed system were applied to the sunflower yield measurement test in Hongnijing village of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example.The results show that the sunflower harvesting site configuration interface can display the required sunflower yield information in real time and store it in the database;the Web GIS remote monitoring page is simple and easy to operate,which improves the real-time and convenience of yield distribution query and provides reference for scientific decision-making in precision agriculture.
