In this study, four special representative types from a cross between Jinhan125 X(Xieye X 501) was selected as test materials, they were 73-1 (sharp leaf and white flower), 73-2(round leaf and purple flower), 73-3(round leaf and white flower),73-4(sharp leaf and purple flower).In the study, in the condition of normal water supply and drought coerce, physiological and ecological indexes relevant to drought-resistance in the periods of young plant and flower-podding were determined by a combination method of laboratory testing and field observation, also, difference on drought-resistance of parents and descendants was comprehensively evaluated by subordinate function value, their genetic performance was further analyzed. Effects show:Drought-resistance of soybeans is a quantitative character influenced by various factors, it is not able to reflect drought-resistance with a single index instead of comprehensive evaluation combining with various indexes. During the breeding period, the flower-podding period is the most sensitive to water content, in this period, we determined and analyzed relative water content, ability of water holding, praline content, activity of POD.SOD and EST and their bands, took advantage of the method of drought-resistant subordinate function value to assess comprehensively, preliminarily hold that the order of drought-resistance of the group is as following: Jinhanl25, 73-2(round leaf and purple flower), 73-l(sharp leaf and white flower), (XiyeX501), 73-3(round leaf and white flower),73-4(sharp leaf and purple flower).Electrophoresis of relevant enzymes were made, which explains that descendants are in accord with their parents in the band of SOD, while, the band of EST is different. Meantime, at the molecular level, polymorphism of descendants' genetic characters was analyzed by selecting primer according to relevant theory of SSR technology. Effect explains that differences exist in polymophism of genetic characters between varieties with differences in drought-resistance and performance form, which is probably relevant to the drought-resistant genes.
