This research included two parts: firstly, compared the drought resistance in wild soybean, semi-wild soybean and cultivated soybean. Two methods were employed: (1) Using drought resistance membership function to comprehensive analysis drought resistance of three types soybeans under different PEG concentrations; (2) Drought stress in seedlings and flowering stages was tested in greenhouse with pot culture. Determined the physiological and biochemical indexes after 7 days, recorded the morphological indexes after the mature. Secondly, blade wilting degree identification method was used to identify drought resistance in 377 wild soybeans and 32 semi-wild soybeans under greenhouse potted conditions. The results were as follows:(1) This study adopted PEG6000 and greenhouse potted drought stress method to research the drought resistance of different soybeans. The results were basically consistent.(2) Drought resistance mechanism was studied by analyzed canopy wilting index, root characteristics, morphological indexes, physiological and biochemical indexes. The results showed that a single character indexes was hard to reflect soybean drought resistance completely. Thereby, it was necessary to use comprehensive traits to evaluate soybean drought resistance.(3) Drought stress of different Soybeans was experimented in the seedling and flowering stages. The results showed that the two stages there were not significantly different in all indexes among different materials.(4) Wild soybeans drought resistance surpassed cultivated and semi-wild soybeans. The QinHuang series were offspring of wild and cultivated hybrid and their drought resistance was between wild and cultivated soybean.(5) This experiment used average subordinate function method to value morphological indexes, physiological and biochemical indexes which can improve the reliability of the drought screening.(6) According to plants wilted degree method, 409 materials can be divided into 5 grades. Wild and semi-wild soybean exist genetic differences for drought resistance, most materials were in middle. Only 39 wild soybeans had high drought resistance. Correlation between biological characteristics and drought resistance of wild soybean were analyzed. The results showed that wild soybean drought resistance were significantly correlated with leaf type (0.23**), seed color (0.15**), grain types (0.14**), hundred grain weight (0.23**). |
