To observe the anti-tumor effect of the Trichinella, BalB/C mice wereinoculated with SP2/0 myeloma cell in different times after BalB/C micewas infected with Trichinella spirilas in different doses, and BalB/C micewas infected with different crude antigen of Trichinella, and BalB/C micewas injected with the recombinant antigen p49 from Trichinella. Theanti-tumor effect of Trichinella was observed by means of estimating thesize and weight of tumor ,the number of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ andCD4+/CD8+ of the mice and no tumor occurance ratio in each group.The anti-tumor effect of Trichinellas spirilas attenuated in differentways shown that there was difference between groups attenuated bydifferent ways. The results shown that the size and weight of the tumor inthe mice which were infected by Trichinella spirilas,violet attenuatedTrichinella spirilas and Co60 attenuated Trichinella spirilas were smallerthan the control. The CD4+/CD8+ and no tumor occurance ratio in three testgroups were higher than the control. The anti-tumor effect of groups inwhich the mice were infected by Trichinella spirilas were better than theother two groups. So the anti-tumor effect of Trichinella was related to thefunction of the immune system of the mice, because the function of theimmune system of the mice increased after the mice infected withTrichinella.The anti-tumor effect of Trichinella spirilas infecting the mice shownthat it was obviously that there was difference between different doses. Theresults showed that the size and weight of the tumor in groups infected 750Trichinella spirilas and 500 Trichinella spirilas were smaller than the groupinfected 250 Trichinella spirilas and 0 Trichinella spirilas, The CD4+/CD8+and the ratio of the no tumor occurance of the mice of the group infected750 Trichinella spirilas and 500 Trichinella spirilas were higher than thegroup infected 250 Trichinella spirilas and 0 Trichinella spirilas. Theanti-tumor effect of Trichinella spirilas became better and better with theincreasing of infection dose, but the death rate of the mice of each groupwas increasing at the same time.The anti-tumor effect of Trichinella spirilas infected the mice indifferent times before or after the SP2/0 myeloma cell inoculation shownthat the anti-tumor effect of Trichinella spirilas was obviously differentbetween groups in which the SP2/0 myeloma cell inoculated in differenttime. The results shown that the size and weight of the group inoculatedSP2/0 myeloma cell after the 3rd day and the 11th day of Trichinella spirilasinfected were smaller than the group inoculated SP2/0 myeloma cell afterthe 21st day and before the 7th day of Trichinella spirilas infected. TheCD4+/CD8+ and the no tumor occurance in groups inoculated SP2/0myeloma cell after the 3rd day and the 11th day of Trichinella spirilasinfected were higher than the group inoculated SP2/0 myeloma cell afterthe 21st day and before the 7th day of Trichinella spirilas infected. Thegroup in which the mice were inoculated SP2/0 myeloma cell after the 11thday of Trichinella spirilas infected were best in the four groups.To observe the anti-tumor effect of different crude antigen ofTrichinella spirilas, the BalB/C mice was inoculated SP2/0 myeloma cellafter the mice injected with different crude antigen and the immunoadjuvantin different ways. The comparison of the two injection ways shown thatthere was a little difference between the two injection ways. The size andthe weight of the tumor of the group which intraperitoneal injection wassmaller than the group which intramuscular injection, but the CD4+/CD8+and the no tumor occurance of the mice between the two group had noobviously difference. The comparison of the different crude antigen shownthat the size and the weight of the tumor of the group injected withexcretory-secretory (ES) antigen of adult and ES antigen of the musclelarvae were smaller than that of the group injected with adult antigen, newborn larvae antigen and muscle larvae antigen, the CD4+/CD8+ in groupsinjected with excretory-secretory (ES) antigen of adult and ES antigen ofthe muscle larvae were higher than that of the group injected with adultantigen, new born larvae antigen and muscle larvae antigen. The resultsshown that the ES antigen of the muscle larvae was the best. The anti-tumoreffect of the adult antigen, new born larvae antigen and muscle larvaeantigen were better than the anti-tumor effect of the immunoadjuvant.There was no difference among the adult antigen, new born larvae antigenand muscle larvae antigen.
