| The flavonoids is a phenolic compounds distributing widely in nature, especially invegetable kingdom. The flavonoids in plant which has a little poisonous effect and strongphysiology activity, so it has vast of applied outlook in medicine, food and light industry.Myrica nana Cheval.is androgynodioecious, evergreen plant that belongs to Myricaceae, Itsnutritious composition is abundant, and has synthetical value in edibility, medicine andenvironmental protection. In the west of guizhou, there are abundant M.nana plantresources .The research use M.nana for object, the nourishment period, pregnant flowerperiod, full-flower period and fruit period of 2003-2004, the nutritious organs of it werecollected by us, at the same time, the extraction condition and dynamic change of totalflavonoids in them were extracted, determined and analysised. The results are as follows: 1.Via single factor experimentation, orthogonal experimentation and ANOVA, theresults showed that the most contribute factors were extraction time, alcohol concentration,the ratio of solution to solid in extraction. In every nutritious organ, the optimal extractioncondition of total flavonoids: the root is A2B3C2 (1.5h,95%,1:30); the stem is A2B2C2(1.5h,75%,1:30); and the leaf is A2B1C3 (1.5 h ,50%,1:35)。 2. In the four different growth stages, contrasted with rutin, we determined the contentof total flavonoids with spectrophotometer, the range of total flavonoids in dioecismnutritious organs: the root is 7.658.50%, 3.637.08%, mean is 8.10%, 5.70%; the root skinis 6.737.80%, 2.765.64%, mean is 7.20%, 4.89%; the stem is 4.735.76%, 4.566.61%,mean is 5.24%, 6.03%; the stem skin is 3.945.16%, 3.966.00%, mean is 4.44%, 5.43%; theleaf is 4.066.58%, 4.206.16%, mean is 5.13%, 5.29%. The results showed that totalflavonoids of the root and root skin about the female is maximum, the stem skin is minimum;while the root and stem of male is maximum, the stem skin is minimum. Compared with totalflavonoids, the female>the male in the root, while the stem except for full- flower period andthe leaf except for nourishment period, for the femalestem>stem skin>root skin>root,while the male is root skin>root>stem skin>stem. The root of female and the stem of malewere the most steady, while the leaf of the female and the root skin of the male were the mostunsteady. The results of ANOVA and multiple comparison showed that the content of totalflavonoids about the female in different parts has evident difference, while there was noevident difference in the male. 4.In the same and different growth stage, Rectangular chart and curve chart of thevariational trend of the flavonoids in nutritious organs of M.nana were plotted with excel.The results showed that in every growth stage, the female except for nourishment period,thechange of total flavonoids is root>stem>leaf; the male is the same with the female in theflower period and fruit period, but in the nourishment period and fruit period, it iscontrary,for stem>leaf>root.In the different growth stages, the stem and leaf of the female isthe same, for nourishment period>pregnant flower period>full-flower periodpregnant flower periodfull-flower period |
