| At present, as the price of our country's greenhouse control equipment is very expensive, the operating cost is high and the manipulate method is hard to grasp, it make most user difficult to burden. Aiming for this situation,1 this thesis present a kind of microcomputer auto monitor and control system which is low cost, easily to manipulate, economical and utilitarian.The thesis introduce the system's project design, hardware circuit, software implementation in detail. The system's hardware is composed of lower-lever computer and upper-lever computer. The 89s52 single chip microcontroller is the core of the lower-lever computer. The corresponding sensor sense the signal of air temperature, air relative humidity and concentration of carbon dioxide inside the greenhouse, then the A/D transformer change these analog signal into data signal and send it to 89s52 for analysis and process, the final result is displayed by LED. the system will give sound and light alarm signal and output control signal to drive the corresponding execute equipment when the greenhouse's environment parameter exceed the limitation value. The system design a small keyboard to set the limitation value. The upper-lever computer can communicate with 89s52 by RS-232 bus which will implement the remote control to the greenhouse's environment factors.The lower-lever computer's software is developed by assembly language. It mainly comprise data acquisition module, signal process module, output control module and serial port communicate module. The upper-lever computer's software is developed by LABVIEW virtual instrument graphics program language, the whole program interface is friendly, the software structure is clear and easily to expand and maintain.The lower-lever computer can run monitor and control function independently or run by PC through serial port communicate.By the test of simulate trial, we find that the system have many characteristics such as reasonable configuration, operating easily, easy to expand, good reliability .better universal property and ete. It is suitable for the monitor and control system of medium and small-scale greenhouse's environment factors. |
