Due to advantages of low cost and energy-saving the sunlight greenhouse has been built in large areas in China and had become the main type of protected agriculture facilities and which makes solar greenhouse unique feature of the protect agriculture of our country. However, research on the sunlight greenhouse was not well developed at present and we still have many problems on studying and application of the sunlight greenhouse, for instance, multiple control of the temperature, light intensity and quality, water and atmosphere ingredients in the greenhouse, modernized product producing use facilities, design parameterization and establishment of the quality monitoring system ect.Greenhouse producers suffer gigantic economic losses due to the lack of effective management facilities and technology, especially during the hot summer days with high humidity and the constant cold rainy and cloudy days.In recent years, single-chip controller has been widely used in many fields of manufacture as well as agriculture. The high cost-performance of microcontroller better meets the requirements of the construction of solar greenhouse. Therefore, make use of the single-chip controller to realize the auto control of sunlight greenhouse inner environment factors, irrigation and fertilization to provide the crops planted in the greenhouse an optimal environment which makes the development of the solar greenhouse rapid and sustainable and many problems in the actual production and management could be solved as well.Therefore, specifically for the situation of lack of environmental control and weakness in resistance of natural disasters of the sunlight greenhouse in our country at present, a general environmental control program based on single chip microcomputer has been put forward in this paper. In this scheme, temperature, humidity, soil water content with in the greenhouse are determined as basic controlled variable, and Fuzzy Control Algorithm is used in this system to realize the real time display and regulating of the temperature, humidity, and irrigation and meanwhile afford an early forecast of the chilling damage that may happen in the following days. A fuzzy controller with 89C51 of the MCS-51 series single-chip microcomputer as its core was designed in this paper. 89C51 has EEPROM itself, and shows the merits of high integrated level and strong function. Besides that a double integral A/D converter ICL7109, programming port I/O extended chip 8155, external data memorizer chip6264, Program Memory chip 27256 and Watch dog Monitoring Chip X25045 are required to form the Real-Time Monitoring & Control System.The designing of the Single Chip Microcomputer Application System can be divided into two parts: hardware circuit design and software programming. The former is consists of sample circuit design, interface design of A/D converter with Single-chip Computer, single chip microcomputer and design of memory circuit, design of display circuit and design of alarm circuit and watchdog circuit ect. The latter part includes the main program design, subprogram designing of digital filter and interruption subroutine, design of the subroutine for different functions and driving program, subroutine design of display and alarming. System software is programmed in Franklin C51 and assembly language.Finally, a simulation experiment based on MATLAB program and hardware simulation test on part of the circuit were conducted and the results indicate that the system has fine real time monitoring and controlling function.
