The thesis , by the potted corn creature experiments , adopted the design method of crack block , and studied the effects of combined biological-bacteria fertilizer (including N-fixing bacteria ,P bacteria and K bacteria) on soil microbial activity , soil available and total nutrient of corn plants under different conditions of soil moisture contents . It was the aim to study that confirm Biological-Bacteria fertilizer effects of the lowest soil moisture and optimal scope of soil moisture content and offer theory basis of efficient using bacterial manure .The results were concluded as follows: 1. When the scope of soil moisture was 9~20%, soil N-Fixing bacteria, P bacteria and K bacteria were increased by 77.9%~115.8% because of using bacterial manure. And affect of bacterial manure more obvious on earlier stage than later stage. 2.When the scope of soil moisture was 9~20% , SMB-C, N were increased by 24.0%~192% and 0.8%~83.4% because of using bacterial manure. When soil moisture content is 13~16% , the extent of increasing SMB-C, N was the largest. 3. When the scope of soil moisture was 9~20% , Biological-bacteria fertilizer Bring into play a certain promoting role on Soil available N,P and K were increased by 15.6%~96.9%, 32.1%~82.6 % and 1.2%~12.9% . When soil moisture content was 13~16%, Soil available N,P and K were more 82.6%,62.9% and 12.9%in the treatments of using bacterial manure than that of its blankness ,which extent was the largest. 4. When the scope of soil moisture was 9~20% , Biological-bacteria fertilizer Bring into play a obvious promoting role on dry weight of corn straw ,weight of grain , root of corn and the total nutrition of the stalk and root of corn . The total nutrition of the stalk and root of corn were increased by 3.9%~31.0% and 13.1%~25.0% for using bacteria fertilizer.Dry weight of corn straw ,weight of grain and root of corn was increased by21.5%, 24.1% and 28.0%. When soil moisture content was 13~16% , SMB-C, N were increased by 30.1%,38.7% and 13.9% because of using bacterial manure and the extent was the largest. 5. It was manifested certain effect that the promotive function of combined biological-bacteria fertilizer when soil moisture content varied from 9% to 20%. Expecially, its performance is the best outstanding when it was between 13% and 16%, The results showed that 9% ~12% is the extreme limit that bacteria bore the drought, optimal scope of soil moisture content which effectively applying biological-Bacteria fertilizer needed to varied from 13% to 16%.
