The results showed:1. The influence of various dietary iron and riboflavin on production performance in new Yangzhou chicken. At four, eight, and ten weeks, the effects of Fe levels on production performance was significant (P<0.05). At four, six, and eight weeks, the effects of riboflavin levels on production performance was significant (P<0.05). At six and eight weeks, the interaction of Fe and riboflavin on growth speed was significant (P<0.05).On group of Fe 30mg/kg and riboflavin 7.2mg/kg, the production performance was excellent. On different weeks, the growth speed in iron 30mg/kg group was higher than 60mg/kg group. The F/G of Fe 30mg/kg and riboflavin 14.4mg/kg group was excellent, the number of two phases were 1.69:1 and 2.59:1.2.The influence of various dietary iron and riboflavin on Fe content of intestines and stomach in new Yangzhou chicken. In age of eight weeks, the impact of different Fe and riboflavin on content of liver Fe reached theremarkable level (P<0.05); In age of eight weeks, the impact of different riboflavin on content of ileum Fe reached the remarkable level (P <0. 05). The interaction of Fe and riboflavin on ileum Fe was significant (P<0.05). In age of four and eight weeks, the impact of different Fe content of duodenum iron reached the remarkable level (P <0. 05). The order of Fe content of different tissues was successively: the liver>Duodenum >Jejunum >Shin bone >Glandular stomach >Ileum.3.The influence of various dietary iron and riboflavin on Biochemical Parameters in new Yangzhou chicken. In different weeks, the effect of added the riboflavin on blood HB content reached the remarkable level (P<0. 05). In age of eight weeks, different level of Fe had a remarkable impact on chick's blood HB content (P<0.05). On six and eight weeks, the interaction of Fe and riboflavin had a remarkable effect on chick's blood HB content (P<0.05). At different weeks, the influence of different riboflavin of diets on blood GR value was significant (P<0.05), and the interaction of Iron and riboflavin on blood GR value was not significant (P>0.05). Different irons and riboflavin added had a remarkable impact on blood CAT content in four weeks(P<0. 05).In different weeks, the interaction of irons and riboflavin had a remarkable effect on CAT content and serum iron(P<0.05).4.The influence of various dietary iron and riboflavin on Immunity Performance in new Yangzhou chicken. In different weeks, the different level of irons and riboflavin had a remarkable effect on chicken serum antibody level (P<0.05), and the interaction of Iron and riboflavin on serum antibody level was not significant (P>0.05). Under experimental condition, when the diets were added with 60mg/kg iron and 14.4 mg/kg, the serum antibody level was high, and showed the best immune state. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Fe, Riboflavin, New Yangzhou Chinckens, Production Performance, Biochemical Parameters, Immunity Performance | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
