Soil drip irrigation nutrition fluid technology is a cultivation method which can supply necessary and adequate content of crop nutrient and water. On the one hand, the technology take advantage of the better ability of good cushioning and water and fertilizer maintenance capacity of soil; on the other hand, the precise control of the moisture and nutrients were achieved. Compared with the traditional fertilization techniques of drip irrigation, it is more stable and balanced on the supplication of water and nutrient. The effects of different season and supplication pattern of water and fertilizer on cucumber growth and development, physiological metabolism, yield and quality and fertilizer use efficiency in greenhouse soil cultivation conditions were researched in this study. The results as follows:1. The effects of soil drip irrigation nutrition fluid technology on soil physicochemical properties and biological traits were significant. Compared with traditional regular top dressing and drip irrigation, this technology decreased soil EC value and the content of effective nutrient, increased the soil porosity and the activity of soil urease, converting enzyme and catalase. The amount of bacteria, and actinomyces in soil were increased and the quantity of fungi were decreased. Moreover, soil physical chemical properties and microbial structure were improved.2.Compared to the control, soil drip irrigation nutrition fluid technology significantly promoted the growth of the cucumber, chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate and root activity, increased yield and quality of winter-spring and autumn-winter cucumber. Dripping1/4dose Yamazaki special formula and universal trace elements has the highest yield of cucumber per plant. The yield of winter-spring cucumber increased by51.88%and26.36%, respectively, and the yield of autumn-winter cucumber increased by37.55%and26.04%, respectively, compared with traditional regular top dressing and drip irrigation. Meanwhile, the content of Vc and soluble protein in cucumber fruits were increased, the content of the soluble sugar, titratable acid and nitrate content were reduced. The treatment of drip3/4dose Yamazaki special formula and universal microelement nutritious liquid had better fruit qualities.3. The frequency of soil nutrient solution drip irrigation had significant effects on soil physicochemical properties and biological traits every day. Compared with drip2and3times per day, drip only one irrigation treatment had lower soil EC and available nutrient content, higher activities of soil urease, invertase and catalase. Furthermore, the amount of bacteria and actinomycetes increased, the amount of fungi reduced, and the soil physicochemical and biological properties improved.4. Compared to drip2and3times per day, the cucumber growth and root activity were best in drip1irrigation of soil culture nutrient solution treatment. The cucumber yield per plant of winter-spring was increased by11.19%and15.73%, and autumn-winter increased by29.08%and13.65%, respectively. The fruit soluble protein content and the ratio of sugar and acid increased, and titratable acid and nitrate content reduced, as well as the quality.5. Compared with traditional regular top dressing and drip irrigation, this technology significantly incresed the using efficiency of the fertilizer and water in greenhouse, and the effects of using1/4dose Yamazaki special formula and universal microelement nutritious liquid was significant, the amount of fertilization in winter-spring was reduced by78.00%and76.5%in autumn-winter. The amount water in winter-spring reduced by56.17%and32.21%, in autumn-winter reduced by49.48%and31.27%respectively.
