Study On The Expert Control System In The Multi-span Greenhouse

The Paper introduces the development process of the modern greenhouse control technology in detail and analyzes the quality of the greenhouse control technology in different stages. It is predicted that expert control system is the developmental direction according to the application and the current situation of the domestic and international greenhouse control technology .The research of the system has positive function in shortening the disparity with foreign control technology and developing independent intellectual property national system which is suitable to our country conditions.Visual Basic 6.0 is adopted as development tool of the system ,at the same time ,KingView software is used to control platform and SQL Server 2000 to design knowledge base and Modicon TSX3721 PLC to gather the environmental parameters.The crop growth model is established in which comprehensive environment parameter and crop growth is the analytic target .The greenhouse intellectual management and production can be completed through comparing data and adjusting project and carrying out corresponding action. These process is realized on the condition that the system is applied .The system is made up of crop cultivation expert system, the environmental monitoring platform and PLC data collecting system mainly. The crop cultivation expert system has the function of diagnosing crop growth, nutrition and insect pests; Greenhouse environmental monitoring platform offers the friendly operation interface for users, shows the environmental parameter and warning suggestion of the greenhouse in time. Historical curve and report of statistics data can be shown, too; PLC data collecting system can realize gathering parameter and controlling on executive body.
