Facility Agriculture is a new agricultural industry in the 21 st century. Greenhouse is one of the typical representatives. Only if making full use of the new theories and methods from computer technology, intelligent control technology and information technology, greenhouse can be real modernization and industrialization. So, the research on the greenhouse expert system of intelligent monitoring and control is important to the increase of greenhouse economic benefit and the modernization of greenhouse industry.The dissertation launched on the experiment data from the intelligent venlo greenhouse in the hi-tech demonstration garden of agriculture in the Zhejiang Province, and made a research on the knowledge acquisition of greenhouse environment control. Under the actual data, the paper analyzed the character of the climate in the winter and summer and the state of the control devices, and rectified and perfected the experience of agriculture expert in the greenhouse control field. At the same time, the paper introduced the basic knowledge of rough sets theory, and applied it to the knowledge acquisition of environment control.The expert system used the expression method of "rule-skeleton + rule-body".
