The soil and water conservation sloping face achievements of benefits of runoff & sedimentation reducing regularity and guideline system are builded by using series of multiyears flow-off data. At the same time, Two calculation method of hydrology and soil and water conservation are intercompared by using sift data of land use and typical investigation. The disciplinarian of runoff & sedimentation produce are discussed and the achievements of benefits of runoff & sedimentation reducing of The QIUSHUI river are analysed especially in soil and water conservation method. The main results of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on hydrology station of QIUSHUI river, The rainfall data are disposed in series and typically analysed. The formula of rainfall, flow-off and sediment are builded, i. e. hydrology statistical model. Such as rainfall— flow-off model-. rainfall~sediment model and flood~sediment model.Flood flow and flood sediment are specially analysed by using such as different series contrastive method and curve of double cumulate method and formula of experience method.(2) The method of "sediment counting by using flood" is improved on "soil and water conservation method" . Based on analysing the data of microplot, the flood reducing guidelines system of QIUSHUI river sloping face are builded. The Achievements of benefits of runoff & sedimentation reducing in 90 age of QIUSHUI River are analysed and calculated.(3)The calculate results of "formula of experience method" and "soil and water conservation method" are contrasted. The distinction of this two methd are indicated.(4)The large region soil and water conservation actions are advised, the deficiencies and amelioration methods of the research are indicated.
