Studies On Antibacterial Effect And Immunocompetence Of Compounds Solanum Lyratum Thunb Injection

Adopting duple diluent method and stiletto method and external antibacterial test on escherichia coli, solmonella paratyhpi , staphylicoccus aureus, streptococcus, , pseudomonas aeruginosa , Erysipelothrix rhusiopathiae, pasteurellosis to get the MIC and MBC, we studied antibacterial effect of the Copmounds Solatium Iyratum Thunb injection. Using Kunming mice and chicken injected with Copmounds Solanum Iyratum Thunb injection to the function of immunity as study bodies, we used 3 different densities (0.2ml/kg.bw 0.5ml/kg.bw. 1.0 ml/kg.bw ) separately to study the impact on the exponent of immune apparatus, non-specific immunity, specific immunity. The result showed as fellow:1. MIC, MBC and external antibacterial tests showed that the Copmounds Solanum Iyratum Thunb inection to streptococcus, staphylicoccus aureus, Erysipelothrix rhusiopathia, solmonella paratyhpi, escherichia coli,pseudomonas aeruginosa and pasteurellosis had different antibacterial effects. But the Copmounds Solanum Iyratum Thunb inection was better antibacterial effects to streptococcus, staphylicoccus aureus, Erysipelothrix rhusiopathia -G+ ,and worse to solmonella paratyhpi, escherichia coli,pseudomonas aeruginosa ,pasteurellosis-G'.2. The low, midst and high dose groups of the Copmounds Solanum Iyratum Thunb inection had advanced function to the growth of thymuses, spleens of mice and chicken, bursa of Fabricius of chicken. The midst and high dose groups were obviously superior to the control group. Theresults showed that the growth of thymus could been accelerated and the exponent of immune apparatus was improved by the use of the Copmounds Solanum Iyratum Thunb inection.3. In phagocytosis of macrophage and carbon particle clearance tests, the macrophage percent and the macrophage index of the midst and high dose groups were obviously superior to the control group. And the index of mice carbon particle clearance in the midst and high dose groups was improved remarkably. The non-specific immunity of animal bodies was improved by the use of the Copmounds Solanum Iyratum Thunb inection. 4.The increase of the quantity of the WBC, the percent of TLC, the rise of TLC transform percent by ConA, the enhance of the dclayed-type hypcrsensitivity by DNFB and E-Rosette Formation in midst dose and high dose groups showed that cell immunity.of animal body was enhanced remarkably by the use of the Copmounds Solanum Iyratum Thunb inection.5.The increase of the Tp and GLo amounts and the rise of the agglutination value of antibody indicated that humoral immunity of animal body was advanced by the use of the Copmounds Solanum Iyratum Thunb inection.The conclusion: the Copmounds Solanum Iyratum Thunb inection not only have good antibacterial function, but also improve special immunity and non-special immunity of animal body. But the immunity is not strengthened by the addition of dose. 0.5ml/kg.bw is the best dose.
