Rice(Oryza sativa L.) allelopathy is implemented through its release of allelochemicals to environment.The strongly allelopathic petential varieties can be gained through a lot of varieties were sceened. On the basis of the sceening ,the allelopathy to barnyard grass on rice was been used and allelopathic varieties were been cultivated, we can studied deeply allelopathy physiobiochemical charateristics , allelopathy mechanisms and genetic charateristics through these allelopathic varieties.Fifteen strong allelopathic varieties had been sceened from five hundred rice varieties which were concerved in Guangxi . such as daheqing (T1), xuli (T2), changdiaogu (T3), foreign (T4), foreign (T5), foreign (T6), ruojianzhan (T7), zhongbaoerhao (T8), jinyuai (T9), suotouzhan (T10), qizhan (T11), qingjinggu (T12). xiabaigu (T13), koujiangsheng (T14), maoxinian (T15). The main results were showed after determining allelopathy physiobiochemical, allelopathy mechanisms and genetic charateristics.(1) The results displayed the positive correlation between the activities of PAL and the effects of inhibition on barnyard grass (Echinochloa crus-galli.) after the PAL was determined .Because PAL is the key enzyme and the limit enzyme of phenol metabolism modes. The study results were consistent with the report that rice allelochemicals mainly were phenolic acid compounds.(2)In order to know rice allelopathy mechanisms , superoxide dismutase(SOD) of the receiver baryard grass was determined.The results demonstrated that rice allelochemicals deduce the activities of SOD of barnyard grass,change the function of the receiver plant membrane,affect growth of the receiver plant .(3) Seventeen strong allelopathic varieties (including HGl,HG2)were got randomly ten combinations. Fjs still showed allelopathy. Allelopathy of F2s was constantly distribution. F2 population emerged transgressive inheritance phenomena. So, allelopathy represented quantitative characteristics that was controlled by polygenes. |
