In this test,cucumber and celery singlecropping was used as a control,cucumber and celery Intercropping as a treatment.cucumber celery were nursery,respectively.Sampling started at 60 days after colonization symbiotic,and once every ten days,all for four times.The activities of sucrase,amylase,protease,urease,catalase,polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase in soil were studied.The results showed that:1.In the urease activity test,the urease activity of cucumber and celery was 13.39%,but the difference was not significant.In the second and third sampling periods,the urease activity in the soil intercropped with cucumber and celery(P<0.05).During the fourth sampling period,the activity of urease in cucumber and celery was 29.46%lower than that in cucumber(P<0.05),and the difference was significant(P<0.01).2.The activity of polyphenol oxidase in the soils of cucumber and celery was 86.42%and 66.04%lower than that in cucumber(P<0.05).The activity of polyphenol oxidase was significantly lower than that of cucumber(P<0.05).During the third sampling period,the activity of polyphenol oxidase in cucumber and celery was 34.21%lower than that in cucumber(P<0.05).During the fourth sampling period,the intercropping of cucumber and celery The activity of polyphenol oxidase in the soil was 3.35%higher than that in cucumber,but the difference was not significant.3.The activity of peroxidase in cucumber and celery was lower than that in cucumber(36.00%),and the difference was not significant(P<0.05).The activity of peroxidase was lower than that of cucumber During the sampling period,the activity of peroxidase in cucumber and celery was 86.27%,62.11%and 60.54%,respectively,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).4.There were no significant differences in sucrosease activity,amylase activity,protease activity and catalase activity between the three soil treatments.
