Studies On Embryo Transfer Experiment Of Rex Rabbit

With studies on techniques used in Rex rabbits' embryo transfer and affecting factors ,we had reached the results as follows: 1. FSH (the second hormone factory ,Ningbo )was used for superovulation operation in Rex rabbits, and the embryos were transferred to native white rabbits, average embryos collected from donors were 27.67?5.06(the top was 85), average available embryos collected from donors were 20.06?.43, pregnancy rate of the recipients was 68.57%, embryo survival rate was 43.15%, average litter size was 4.46. 2. The total dosages of FSH in 30IU (5IU 2 3) 60IU (IOIU 2 3), 90IU(l5IU 2 3)were used respectively for superovulation in Rex rabbits,the results showed the most suitable total dosages of FSH was 60IU. 3. There was a significant difference in superovulation between Cloprostenol-treated donors and Cloprostenol-untreated donors(P < 0.05),Cloprostenol could improve superovulation. 4. Average embryos collected from donors which were alreadyafter parturition were significantly higher than from nulliparous young donors (P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in average available embryos(P> 0.05). 5. The best season for superovulation of Rex rabbits in Yaan of Sichuan was autumn. 6. The estrus period was divided into 3 difference stages according to mucosa color of vagina,namely A(pink-flush) B(old red-purple red) C(primrose-white).the results of superovulation in A > B stage were significantly higher than in C stage(P< 0.05). 7. the results of super-ovulation of Rex rabbits whose weight were over(or equal) 2.5kg was significantly higher than weight were below 2.5kg( P < 0.01). 8. the results of transplantation showed no significant difference in contrast experiment with self-make PBS and sold compound Nacl which were used as flushing egg liquid and keeping liquid(P > 0.05). 9. There was no significant difference in the pregnancy rate between natural estrus recipients and induced estrus recipients,but the embryo survival rate of natural estrus recipients was significantly higher than induced estrus recipients(P < 0. 05). 10. The recipients were transferred respectively with 10 6-8and 4 embryos, the results of transplantation showed the best was the recipients were transferred with 6-8 embryos.
