Effect of spraying potassium fertilizer with different concentration (0, 0.75%, 1.5%, 2.25%) and applying different potassium fertilizer (K2SO4, KC1) with different level in plot experiment at booting stage on. rice quality and yield were studied with hybrid rice combination Gangyou527, the results were as followed.l.The chlorophyll content, green area of flag leaf (averagely increase 1.25%) and the photosynthetic function period during leaf senescence were increased by K2SO4 treatment with suitable concentration, potassium fertilizer has the function of postponing leaf senescence and lengthening the photosynthetic function period, 2.9% of chlorophyll content (the highest 13.4%) was enhanced by applied potassium fertilizer, chlorophyll content and green area of flag leaf were higher than that of CK.2.Production and transplantation of flag leaf matter were enhanced by K treatment, soluble sugar and protein content of flag leaf were increased in earlier and middle period of grain filling and with 7.9% and 7.73% in the earlier period, 4.85% and 13.08% in the middle and 8.54% and 34.04% in the later respectively. Assimilation translative rate which was to grain was accelerated, study on variance of soluble sugar and protein content of flag leaf indicated that Assimilation of flag leaf was continually produced and supplied to grain in the later of grain filling by K treatment.3.The course of grain filling was simulated with Richards's equation, parameter of equation and character of grain filling were determined, the results showed that grain s initial filling power and average filling rate were increased, the time of grain filling was prolonged and 1000-grain weight was enhanced by K treatment.4. Soluble sugar content of grain was higher than that of CK in the earlier and middle period and was similar to CK in the later period, translation of soluble sugar to grain was increased by K treatment, starch formation was based on translation of soluble sugar, grain content of starch, accumulation of amylose content was increased in earlier and middle period by K treatment and with 37,49. and 14.2% respectively, amylose content was similar to CK in mature period.5.Nitrogen protein content of grain filling decreased in earlier and middle period and increased in the later period, nitrogen protein content was enhanced in the whole period of grain filling by K treatment, non- nitrogen protein content of grain was higher in the earlier period than that of middle and later period, the results showed that non-nitrogen protein was translated to grain in the earlier period and transformed the nitrogen protein inthe middle and later period, variance of nitrogen protein content in the grain was slowly increased in 3-6 days after anthesis and fast increased in 6-18 days after anthesis and gradually decreased 18 days after anthesis to mature period, nitrogen protein content of grain was enhanced by K treatment.6.Rice quality was improved by K treatment, brown rice rate; milled rice rate and head rice rate were significant or extremely significant higher than that of CK and with 0.26%. 1.57%, and 2.62% respectively. Appearance quality of K treatment was similar to CK, chalky rice rate and chalkiness was decreased by K treatment. Effect of Amylose content and Gelatinization temperature on cooking quality was not remarkable, protein content was significant or extremely significant higher than that of CK and with 2.06% and 2.10% in spraying and planting in plot experiment respectively.7..Function of IGSCwas superior to KC1. brown rice rate, milled rice rate and head rice rate with K2SO4 treatment was higher than that of KC1 treatment and with 0.26%. 1.51%, 0.22% and 0.17% respectively,8.2.42% of born grain rate and 2.76% of 1000-grain weight were enhanced by K treatment, thus the yield was increased, the yield (9443.37 kg/hm2) was the most highest by spaying K2SO4 with 15g/kg, the yield (9342.14kg/hm2) was the most highest by-applied with 125kg/hm2. considering economic efficience, KC1 was suggested to be used in productive...
