| This topic made use of milk goat and dry diary cows to research the effects of nitrogen balance, calcium balance and correlative blood biochemical indexes with different diet DCAD.and discussed the mechanism of includes report and experiments about milk fever. The results of this paper are summarized as follows:Part one: The aim of this report is to confirm the balance of cation and anion in the diet of dairy cows through determining the mineral element content in common use feed of Shandong Province, and it also can give scientific data for feed Formula in the future. The report shows, the content in common use feed can meet the need of cows, but some elements, such as Fe, etc exceed seriously; The rate of Ca and P is irregular, but in normal rage.P is of shoratage. Some single feed, which is used widely, such as purple medic, silage corn, and groundnut vine, have high DCAD.Part two: In this experiment sixteen milk goat were divided into four groups randomly.and they were fed four different DCAD diet, 70 60 50 40meq/100gDM with use of anion salt MgSO46H2O.The balance of calcium and nitrogen and some correlative blood indexes were done. The results are as follows: the rate of all nitrogen digestibilities was significantly increased with the DCAD increasing,(P<0.05);The rate of digestibility of nitrogen was significantly increased as the DCAD increasing(p<0.05),the rate of depositionnitrogen was significant in different DCAD(p<0.05), the rate was the highest when DCAD was 60 meq/100gDM, and this rule was the same in the balance of calcium. Through the detect of blood markers, there was no significance in Na, K, Cl(p<0.05), and they were in the normal level.the concentration of plasm Ca, P had no significance(p<0.05), the concentration of PTH had no significance in every treatment(p>0.05),but the cation treatment was a little high, the concentration of H-CT was significant in different DCAD(P<0.05), the higher cation treatment made more use of calcium in the bone.Part threetThis experiment was designed as 3 X 3 latin square test, the animals were three dry cows with permanent rumen fistula cannulas, the diet DCAD was -250, 160, 450meq/100gDM, the additive was given through the rumen fistula cannulas. calcium balance and nitrogen blance and some correlative blood markers were done, the results were as follows: the rate of all nitrogen digestibilities had signicifance in different treatment(p<0.05), the rate of nitrogen had signicifance in different treatment(p<0.05), the rate of all calcium digestibilities had no signifcance in different treatment(p<0.05). but the rate of digestive calcium had significance in different DCAD.Urine pH, rumen pH was significant in different treatment(p<0.05), the concentration of plasm Na, K, Cl had little affected with different treatment, the concentration of plasm Ca, Mg, P had no significance in every treatment, the concentration of PTH and H-CT has signicifance in every treatment. And so was the Osteocalcin. |
