Perinatal cows because of physiological, endocrine, diet and changes in the external environment affect the nutritional metabolic, neuroendocrine, immune system, and in postpartum appear vulnerable to a variety of metabolic diseases. Hypocalcemia and perinatal cows postpartum paralysis is common diseases, numerous studies show that by the early perinatal nutrition control can effectively control the blood calcium level in perinatal period, so that the cow serum calcium was maintained at a high level. In addition, through prenatal dietary regulation and combined with the new dairy cow diets formulated or through oral preparation at the same time can obtain ideal results. In the past, in the absence of calcium regulatory measures under the premise, people cannot achieve postnatal one-time colostrum squeeze net, otherwise it will increase the incidence of hypocalcemia. Modern dairy cattle feeding and management programme is through prenatal dietary nutrition regulation or a combination of postnatal oral preparation, to more effectively control the perinatal cow serum calcium levels, so as to realize the one-time extrusion net postnatal colostrum, improve milk yield, improved cow health status.This research according to a randomized grouping principles, selection criteria for weight about650kg,3~6parity, body condition score above3.5, functional status, production performance is good, without any clinical symptoms, was shortlisted the perinatal period of32Chinese black and white dairy cattles, through measurement of cow in3days before parturition to3days postpartum serum calcium levels, levels of inorganic phosphorus, magnesium levels, levels of parathyroid hormone, osteocalcin, calcitonin levels and alkaline phosphatase levels, study in the north of our country typical diet condition, through the design of different levels of calcium to the prenatal diets, to study the effect of different calcium level of prenatal diets on perinatal serum calcium levels and calcium metabolism, thus establishing maintained higher calcium levels of prenatal dietary calcium levels, and low calcium diets modulates calcium physiological mechanism to explore and research; through the design of the early perinatal low dietary calcium and dietary cation-anion balance condition, compared with postpartum disposable net milk and colostrum on postpartum blood calcium level squeezing effect, disposable net milk feasibility study of postpartum.Through the design of different levels of calcium to the prenatal diets, to study the effect of different calcium level of prenatal diets on perinatal serum calcium levels and calcium metabolism, thus establishing maintained higher calcium levels of prenatal dietary calcium levels, and low calcium diets modulates calcium physiological mechanism to explore and research; through the design of the early perinatal low dietary calcium and dietary cation-anion balance condition, compared with postpartum disposable net milk and colostrum on postpartum blood calcium level squeezing effect, disposable net milk feasibility study of postpartum.The results are as follows:(1) Under the condition of this experiment, calcium content of0.36%prenatal low calcium diets in the perinatal period can maintain high levels of calcium.(2) Compared with other levers of calcium, calcium content in0.36%prenatal low calcium diet condition, second days before and third days of dairy cattle CT decreased significantly (P<0.05), BGP significantly increased (P<0.05).(3) Prenatal low calcium diets and prenatal anion salt diets can effectively control the perinatal blood calcium levels, two kinds of nutrition regulation measures showed no significant difference (P>0.05);(4) Postpartum disposable squeezed the net colostrum on dairy calcium levels affect was not significant (P>0.05).In summary, through to the early perinatal fed different levels of calcium in diets on milk cow serum calcium levels and calcium metabolism; the early perinatal fed low dietary calcium, negative DCAD diet and postpartum disposable squeezed the net colostrum on perinatal cows serum calcium levels and calcium metabolism research, further clarified the prenatal fed low dietary calcium and negative DCAD diet can solve the perinatal cow hypocalcemia problem, and proves that in the maintenance of cow blood calcium level and can achieve the postpartum cow disposable squeezed the net colostrum, for improving the milk yield of dairy cows, healthy level to provide the basis, helps to improve the economic benefits of dairy industry.
