| Being a main technical support of digital forestry , Geographical Information System is a special and important spatial information system. Under the support of hardware-software of computer, it can manage and analyse geographic data scientifically by the theoretical system engineering and information system. It can provide the information for inventory, management, decision and research.National Forest Inventory can provide the correct information of quantity, quality and dynamic of forest resource in time. Forest resource can be estimated synthetically. One of its main content is building and regenerating of National Forest Inventory data-base, with statistics, analysis and estimation.This activity addpot permanent plot monitoring. Usual National Forest Inventory statistic and analyse data. It lack spatial distribution analysis. Because permanent plot have accurate geographic position , being point feature ,it can produce polygon feature, adding all kind of line , symbol and attribution data-base of permanent plot.On the base of this, it can be GIS spatial data-base system .including graphic , the process of graphic, mapping, spatial identity.This study adopt Arcview system (ARC/INFO). It combines with Autocad organically.It has built GIS Spatial Data-base for National Forest Inventory of HLJ forest, including graphic data-base and attribute data-base. It produce a series of numerical maps. Using GIS spatial analysis, attribution of permanent plot factorization can be analysed. GIS has a nice action of dynamical management, it is visible analysis dynamically about forest resource distribution. |
