This paper consists of four parts. The first part studied the effects of apple pomace feed , which was used in replacing part of dairy cow concentrate, on milk performance and blood index .The second part mainly studied the adding rate of apple pomace and alfalfa and their most proper proportion in supplementary feed, as well as the tasty of supplementary feed and its effects on milk performance of dairy cow,.The third part concerned the degradability of apple pomace in rumen enzyme's influence on it. The last part was about the evaluation of apple pomace mixed silage with other additions Exp.1 The effect of apple pomace feed in replacing part of concentrate of dairy cow on milk performance and blood ingredientChose 18 healthy Holstein dairy cows , which have resemble body weight, age, parity, lactation period and milk yield, then divided them randomly into three groups: Exp. Group 1 (EG1) , Exp. Group 2 (EG2) and Control Group (CG). In EG1, is added 3kg feed, containing 25% apple pomace and alfalfa respectively. In EG2, 50% apple pomace was added. In CG, no any apple pomace was added. Three groups were under the same other feed and feeding condition. The duration of experiment is 60 days .The result indicate : (1) The roughage intake of EG1 and EG2 were more than CG for 3.18kg ,3.43kg respectively. (2) The milk yield per day of EG1 and EG2 were more than CG for 2.12kg , 1.36kg respectively. Replacing part of concentrate of dairy cow with apple pomace feed can significantly raise the milk performance of dairy cow (p<0.05), lessen the decline tendency of milk yield caused by stress and improve the economic profit. But it has no significant effect on milk compositions. (3) T3, T4, COR levels of serum were keeping relatively fixed by replacing part of concentrate with apple pomace feed and EG1 significantly raised the PRL level of serum compared with CG(p<0.05). (4) The replacing has no significant effect on the level of glucose, triglycerid and hormone ALT, AST, ALP of serum (p>0.05). The serum urea nitrogen and cholesterol level of EG1 were significantly lower than CG (p<0.05). Exp.2 The inquiring of apple pomace's adding proportion in supplementary feed and its effect on milk performance of dairy cow48 Holstein dairy cows were randomly divided into 6 groups according to their parturition number ,milk yield and lactation period :Exp. Group 1 (EG1), Exp. Group 2 (EG2), Exp. Group 3 (EG3), Exp. Group 4 (EG4), Exp. Group 5 (EG5) and Control Group (CG). The alfalfa content of EG1 to EG3 supplementary feed was 52.5%, 35%, 17.5% respectively, and apple pomace content was 17.5%, 35%, 52.5%. EG4 and EG5 contained 70% apple pomace and 70% alfalfa respectively. The supplementary feed was processed into pellet and Exp. Groups were arranged to feed dairy cow 3kg /head·day. The test lasted 60 days. The results showed that the supplementary feeds had good tasty . The tasty get better and the eating spell get shorter with the increasing of apple pomace content in supplementary feed. EG2 and EG5, apple pomace and alfalfa was 35% either and alfalfa 70% group had significantly increased the milk yield (p<0.05); The milk fat percentage of EG3 (apple pomace 52.5% and alfalfa 17.5%) and EG5 were raised significantly (p<0.05); The average lactoprotein percentage of EG1 ( apple pomace 17.5% and alfalfa 52.5%) and EG2 were imprved significantly compared with CG (p<0.05). Exp.3 The ruminant degradation characteristics of apple pomace and the effect of enzyme on them Six canulated healthy sheep were used to evaluate the ruminant degradability of apple pomace at 6, 12, 24, 48, 72h by the method of Nylon bag, as well as the effect of adding 3‰ enzyme on its degradability. The result showed that adding enzyme had no significant effect on its dynamic degradability (p>0.05), which were 48.86% and 50.86% respectively. At the spell of 24h the enzyme group DM degradability was significantly different from that of control group.(p<0.05). The 48h ADF degradability and 72h NDF degradability were also significantl...
