The flue-cured tobacco varieties Xiang Yan V is choosen to be this field experiment material.Through setting up different concentration gradient of five kinds phosphate(P)fertilizer application,each experimental treatment is observed the roots and leaves of agronomic traits,physiological and biochemical indexes and roast tobacco leaf quality in growth period.The purpose is to explore Xiang Yan V requirement rule of P,and discuss the physiological response mechanism of tobacco under high or low P.The results obtained were summarized as following:1.The agronomic characters under P-deficiency condition were significantly lower than normal.Applicating P 108 kg/hm~2,the plant height,stem circumference and maximum leaf were significantly higher than other treatments.Applicating P 144 kg/hm~2,have the most effectivest leaf.The low P lengthen root.Different types of P fertilizer has significant effects on plant height,root length,but without stem-circumference.Comprehensive evaluation:Applicating calcium superphosphate 108 kg/hm~2 and the mixed phosphate 144kg/hm~2 express the best on agronomic traits.2.The root activity of low P is greater than the high P what is contrast to the chlorophyll relative content.Applicating calcium superphosphate has the highest root activity and chlorophyll relative content;Except the mixed phosphates,the Pn of high P is greater than the Suitable P.While the low P is poorest.Applying calcium-magnesia P fertilizer perform the best on Tr,Gn and Ci concentration.When increasing the rate of P the indexes were raised;The SOD activity of suitable P is greater than the low P,Applicating mixed phosphate inhibit SOD activity and improve NR activity.The APA activity of low P is much larger than suitable P.Applicating Phosphate-Phosphorus could improve the roots APA activity.Applicating diammonium phosphate has the most biggest MDA contents.In short,Applicating calcium superphosphate 144 kg/hm~2 behave best on photosynthetic ability.Applicating calcium superphosphate 72~108 kg/hm~2 do well on field resistance and have the lowest incidence of disease.3.Applicating calcium superphosphate and mixed phosphates could effectively improve the roast tobacco leaf per weight,length,and width,reduce the stem ratio.The Suitable P is better than high P while the low P were poorest.Applicating calcium-magnesia P fertilizer perform less well in per weight and equilibrium moisture content.Increasing P fertilizer could improve contents of Reducing sugar,Starch and kalium(K)while the Chlorine(Cl)were reduced.Low P is bad for Nicotine,high P decreased Total Nitroge;P could improve most of Aroma substances.High P is benefit for Carotenoids degradation and cause the inhibition for Phenylalanine degradation.Applicating mixed P fertilizer 108 kg/hm~2 perform best on Brown reaction products、Solanone、Neophytadiene and total neutral aroma.Applicating mixed P fertilizer 108 kg/hm~2 perform best on quality.Applicating monoammonium P fertilizer have the worst quality of physical index and neutral aroma.Applicating diammonium phosphate have the poorest chemical composition.
