| The experiment applying the monthly egg production model to simulate the monthly egg production rule of silkies.the model was reported by Ali&Schaeffer(1987).The regression equation, it is as follows:Y=-292.2505+611.2779(t/11)-384.0650(t/11)2+164.8722In(11/t)-24.9171 In2(11/t)o And obtain the best regression equation of 300Ds through the stepwise regression, the equation is as following:Y=75.9594--0.4309AFE-0.0039BWFE+0.5967M1+0.9787M3+0.2102M4+1.1977M5+0 .7695Meven?At the same time, the applicability of MTDFREML in the egg prodution trait of silkies was evaluated the heritability hereditary correlation; and phenotypic correlation is estimated by SAS8.2, it is shows that the age at first egg(AFE), body weight at first egg(BWFE), and the egg number of 300days is 0.22 ^ 0.43 ^ 0.26 respectively.and that the heritability of monthly egg production is very low, the lowest is 0.02, the highest is 0.20.cumulative record of odd month(Modd) and cumulative record of even(Meven) is 0.13 0.12 respectively.Both phenotypic and hereditary correlation is negati ve between AFE BWFEandMl-M6> Modd Meven SOODs; The hereditary correlation between AFE BWFE and 300Ds is -0.94 -0.88 respectively.Among from Ml to M6, the phenotypic and hereditary correlation were high for contiguous periods, and decreased as the interval between months increased.among the monthly egg production, the highest hereditary correlation is 0.77 between M4 and 300Ds.In respect that the egg production trait belongs to the propagation trait, the trait heritability is low limited sexual trait and it is expressed latter, at the same time, ten microsatellite DNA markers were selected from that have been reported before byM.Tuiskula-Haavisto in this research,the genome DNA of 120 samples from two new species of BF and KF in silkies.the results shows that the ten microsatellites, the allele number is from 3 to 7, the average allele number is 3.8, the average heterozygosity is 0.4700, and the average polymorphism information content is 0.6139. the correlation is remarkable difference between markers and traits through the least squares means analysis.Then the different genotypes of the same microsatellite DNA marker were compared by the method of dunnet.the results as follows: CC type of ADL0154, A A type ofADL0201, AA, AB, BB, BC> CC type of MCW0038, EE type of MCW0154, FG type of MCW0170, AC, BB type of MCW0241 are remarkably correlative to age at first egg.CC type of ADL0154, AB type of ADL0201, AAtype of ADL0345, AAtype of MCW0038, BB, CC type of MCW0154, CF> CG> DF type of MCW0170, BB type of MCW0258 are remarkably correlative to body weight at first egg. and AC type of ADL0345, BC, BD> CD type of MCW0154, DE type of MCW0170, AB type of MCW0241, BB type MCW0246, AB type of MCW0258 are also remarkably correlative to the cumulative egg production numbers of 300 days.
