Study On Growth And Development Rule Of F1 Of Hanwoo×Yanbian Cattle And Yanbian Yellow Cattle

In order to clarify the improving extent of F1 of Han×Yanbian Cattle, we did the comparison test of growth and development between F1 of Han×Yanbian Cattle and Yanbian yellow Cattle. 12 F1 of Han×Yanbian Cattle and 12 Yanbian yellow cattle with body weight closely and in good condition were selected in this experiment. The results indicate that:1. The results of body weight and body measurement in lactation shows that: As for the average weight daily gain of male calf and female calf in lactation, there was significant difference between the F1 of Han×Yanbian Cattle and the Yanbian yellow cattle(P<0.05)； As for the body measurement gain, the increase of body height, body length, chest wide, chest round, sciatic wide, hip bone wide,rump length,canno round were higher for the F1 of Han×Yanbian Cattle than the Yanbian yellow cattle, especially in body length(P<0.01), chest wide, chest deef,rump length and sciatic wide(P<0.05)； all though the body height, chest round, hip bone wide and canno round were higher for the F1 of Han×Yanbian Cattle than the Yanbian yellow cattle, but there were not different(P>0.05)The body length index, chest round index, bone index, chest wide index, rump wide index etc. of the F1 of Han×Yanbian Cattle were higher than that of Yanbian yellow cattle.The results of body weight and body measurement in finishing period shows that: As for the average weight daily gain of male calf and female calf in finishing period, there was significant difference between the F1 of Han×Yanbian Cattle and the Yanbian yellow cattle(P<0.05)； As for the body measurement gain, the increase of body height, body length, chest wide, chest round, sciatic wide, hip bone wide,rump length,canno round were higher for the F1 of Han×Yanbian Cattle than the Yanbian yellow cattle, especially in the increase of body length of male cattle, there were significant difference between the F1 of Han×Yanbian Cattle and the Yanbian yellow cattle(P<0.01)； There were differences in the increase of2. chest round, sciatic wide, canno round(P<0.05),but not in chest wide and hip bone wide(P>0.05). The body length index, chest round index, bone index, chest wide index, rump wide index etc. of the F1 of Han×Yanbian Cattle were higher than that of Yanbian yellow cattle.3. The results of blood index of the F1 of Han×Yanbian Cattle and Yanbian yellow Cattle shows that:Total protein, Albumin, Calcium, Phosphorus, Glucose, Triglyceride, GPT and GOT etc. content of blood serum were higher for calf of the F1 of Han×Yanbian Cattle than calf of the Yanbian yellow cattle, especially in Triglyceride content of blood serum(P<0.05)； Although the Total protein, Albumin, Calcium, Phosphorus, Glucose, Triglyceride, GPT and GOT etc. content of blood serum of the F1 of Han×Yanbian Cattle were higher, there were not differences(P>0.05). Although the BUN content of blood serum of the F1 of Han×Yanbian Cattle were lower, there were not differences(P>0.05)...
