Study On The Sustainable Development Of Yanbian Yellow Cattle Breeding Industry In Yanbian Prefecture

Yanbian Yellow Cattle is a unique beef cattle breed in Yanbian Prefecture,Jilin Province.Yanbian Yellow Cattle Breeding Industry Yanbian Prefecture focuses on the agricultural industry that is related to the food safety,rural economy and agricultural development in Jilin Province.The sustainable development of Yanbian Yellow Cattle breeding industry is particularly important.In recent years,Yanbian yellow cattle breeding has encountered problems such as decline in the total number of beef cattle,low degree of industrialization,and insufficient pollution control capabilities,which have limited its sustainable development to some extent.Based on the actual situation in Yanbian Prefecture,this article collects relevant data,builds an evaluation index system,uses the analytic hierarchy process to analyze and evaluate the actual development of Yanbian cattle breeding industry in Yanbian Prefecture,and finally provides policy recommendations based on the relevant analysis results.First of all,it explains the development status,advantages and problems of Yanbian cattle breeding industry in Yanbian Prefecture.Yanbian cattle breeding has the advantages of location,variety resources,feed resources,scientific research team and regional policy advantages.The existing problems are mainly reflected in the decline in the supply of basic cattle source,the weak driving ability of leading enterprises,and the low degree of industrialization.,Insufficient support for related pollution technology governance,etc.Secondly,comprehensively evaluate the sustainable development of Yanbian cattle breeding industry from the perspective of economy,society and resources and environment.The analytic hierarchy process was used to construct an evaluation index system for the sustainable development of Yanbian cattle breeding industry,and the data from 2010 to 2019 were used for quantitative analysis.The research results showed that Yanbian cattle breeding industry in Yanbian Prefecture is generally developing in a good direction,but still At a relatively weak level of sustainable development,and overall fluctuating,the sustainable development levels of the three subsystems in the index system are in order of social subsystem>production subsystem>resources and environment subsystem.Finally,based on the actual development and the results of quantitative analysis,countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the development of Yanbian cattle breeding industry are put forward,including increasing the construction of breed resources,ensuring the number of Yanbian cattle breeding,rational development and utilization of forage and feed resources,and intensifying the utilization of livestock manure resources.Utilize and improve the ability of technological demonstration and promotion,strengthen the quality supervision of Yanbian cattle products,and smooth transportation channels.
