Studies On The Immune Mechanism Of WSAP In Broiler

In this study,its growth propcrtics% microbe distribution in caecum~ tissue morphological observation of immune organ T lymphocyte transformation rate,macrophage pbagocytosis and ND HI antibody in the serum had been determined after Arian broiler absorbed water soluble alfalfa polysaccharidcs(WSAP) by three kinds of method .The results showed: the broiler growth properties bad been improved in the WSAP injection group and the WSAP instead of vaccine dilution group. There was a significent difference with the controls .WSAP as a feed additive can regulate the microbe distribution in caecum promote the proliferation of lactic acid bacteria and inhibite the growth of Escberichia coli. In addition, WSAP can promote the immune organ growth and enhance the tested broiler抯 immunity.
