| Contamination of aflatoxin in feed is the major problem of dairy hazards at the moment. To investigate the influence of aflatoxin M1 residues in milk of dairy cows with feeding Jin-ge detoxification pulvis, 24 Holstein cows were selected and classified into six groups as A, B, C, D, E and F. Group A was control group with healthy cows fed with regular forage without pollution of aflatoxin(contents of aflatoxin B1<10ug/kg). Among these 5 groups, fed with regular forage with pollution of aflatoxin(contents of aflatoxin B1>10ug/kg), and cows in groups B, C and D were fed with Jin-ge detoxification pulvis at the same time and the additive amounts for each cow one day were 25 g, 50 g and 75 g. Cows in group E were fed with mycotoxin removement agent and the additive amounts were 1500mg/kg. Group F was a positive control group and cows in this group were treated without any veterinary drugs. Testing period lasted for three weeks. On the 1, 8 and 15 days, milk samples were collected to measure residual amounts of aflatoxin M1. And jugular vein blood after 7, 14 and 21 days were collected to test biochemical indexes liver functionas as CHE, D-BIL, T-BIL, ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, ALB, TP, GST and antioxidant capacity as SOD, MDA and T-AOC.The result showed that, Jin-ge detoxification pulvis can significantly lower contents of D-BIL, T-BIL, ALT, AST, ALP, GGT, ALB and GST(P<0.05), increase contents of CHE and TP(P<0.05). There is no significant difference among groups A, D and E(P>0.05) with time-effect relation. Jin-ge detoxification pulvis can significantly lower contents of MDA(P<0.05)and increase contents of SOD and T-AOC(P<0.05). There is no significant difference among groups A, D and E(P>0.05), with time-effect relation. Jin-ge detoxification pulvis can significantly lower content of aflatoxin M1 in milk of cows residues(P<0.05), there is no significant difference among groups A, D and E(P>0.05), with time-effect relation.In general, through strengthen liver function and antioxidant capacity of dairy cows, Jin-ge detoxification pulvis can reduce aflatoxin M1 residues in milk of dairy cows.Have the effect of alleviate aflatoxin toxicity in feed.Furthermore,appropriate additive amounts for each cow are 75g/day. |
