In order to improve the production efficiency of sugarcane leaves biogas dry fermentation,ensure the sugarcane leaf biogas dry fermentation reactor gas tightness,and realize the process of sugarcane leaves biogas dry fermentation continuous, automatic, intelligent, is the inevitable trend of Biogas Dry Fermentation Industry Development in China.Through the comparison and analysis of the domestic and foreign Biogas Dry Fermentation Equipment,as the reason of the imperfect technology of dry fermentation technology in China, hindering the dry anaerobic fermentation technology widely promoted.This paper mainly focuses on the feeding screw conveyor of sugarcane leaf dry anaerobic fermentation system.Since the use of the screw conveyor transporting sugar cane leaves and manure mixture material is the first in China, the physical properties of conveying material and structure parameters on the transport properties are required to be determined by experiment.Firstly,determine the structure of the feeding mouth by test,changing the circle to the rectangle,the proper gap between the nominal diameter of spiral body and the inner wall of the cylinder should be guaranteed. Through the structure improvement, solving the problem of fermentation material tumbling and card material at the entrance in the process of transportation.Secondly, through the single factor experiment, the influence of the effective section diameter, the rotational speed, the gap, the pitch and the filling coefficient on the conveying performance of the screw conveyor is determined.And through the test analysis, the structure parameters of the conveying capacity are determined.Thirdly, using Matlab software for primary structure parameter optimization can get more efficient transportation capacity stronger spiral structure.And through the Solidworks three-dimensional modeling Ansys finite element analysis software, simulating the process of material conveying, under the condition of the helical body meets the requirements of the strength, determining the vulnerable parts of the spiral body.Sealing structure design includes the internal cavity structure of the screw conveyor by sealing, forming the spiral conveyor and the junction of the fermentation tank through the combination seal.
