| Li adzuki bean has many characteristics, such as growth period is short, art ability, canmake up for the natural disasters caused by food safety issues, and maintain an important part ofChina’s grain supply and demand balance. For clear Li adzuki bean production key technologyand control technology for its resistance to water damage stress and the effect of theexperimental study on the different sowing date, fertilizer and sowing depth influence on Liadzuki bean yield formation, discusses the early flowering spraying on the leaf under waterdamage stress effect azole (S3307) and kinetin (KT) leaf physiological metabolism and yield ofLi adzuki bean. Study the following main conclusions:(1)On June5, sowing section of podding number, effective pod number, plant grain number,grain weight and yield are superior to the sowing, that for Li adzuki bean in the first optimumsowing date in Heilongjiang. Fertilizer â…¢-4treatment on the number of podding section,effective pod number and grain number, plant grain weight is better than that other, worstperformance at high N treatment. With high potassium processing yield the highest, Li adzukibean for pleased potassium dense planting crops. With the increase of depth, Li adzuki beanseedling emergence and seedling growth showed a trend of lower, while epicotyl lengthincreased. Between6-10d after sowing,2ã€4cm treatment has the highest leaf dry weight,8ã€10cm of stem dry weight is higher than other processing.(2)Under the stress of water damage, S3307and KT Li adzuki bean plant height valueswere greater than CK, KT treatment increased the6-14section length, S3307reduced the1-5section length; Regulator treatment significantly increased the dry weight in the first internode ofsection13. S and KT processing increased dry matter accumulation. Spraying S3307and KT canto a certain extent, improve Li adzuki bean plant LAI and chlorophyll content. S3307increasedCAT activity and reduced MDA accumulation. Could be reduced by spraying on the leaf S3307and KT low pod height, reduce the number of podding section, improve Li adzuki bean effectivepod number, plant grain weight, grain weight, and improve the yield of Li adzuki bean. S3307treatment than control increased by36.30%and KT increased by12.77%. |
