Abstract/Summary:
Precision sowing technology plays an increasingly important role in agriculture.The advent of the information age,the rise of artificial intelligence,and more science and technology are used in agricultural production.Seeding,as one of the most important aspects of agricultural production,occupies an extremely important position in the entire agricultural production process.Therefore,many experts and scholars have conducted long term research on precision seeding.In order to solve the problem of sowing depth control,this project adds the algorithm which is suitable for farmland complex environment to control the depth of sowing on the basis of the original hydraulic profiling mechanism.The planter designed in this paper is different from the traditional seeder.Most of the traditional planters use the mechanism of parallelogram,while the planter of this paper makes full use of the hydraulic characteristics and adopts the hydraulic control mode as a whole.Power comes from tractors or other traction devices.Precision control uses electro-hydraulic servo system,the servo valve control cylinder to control the precision of planting.One of the biggest differences between this planter design and the traditional planter design is opener depth control.The traditional opener is fixed on the rack,while the sowing opener designed in this paper can be moved relative to the rack.This allows the use of feedback devices to control the depth of ditches.Therefore,the planter designed in this paper is more precise than the traditional planter depth control.This article uses the Solidworks design of the mechanical structure,motion simulation is using the Solidworks/motion.Mechanical mechanism of static analysis and modal analysis use Ansys workbench.At the same time,a mathematical model of the hydraulic system is established to determine the stability of the system and determine the open-loop gain so that the system has a certain stability margin.Using Simulink to simulate the hydraulic system to improve the response speed of the hydraulic system and reduce the hydraulic system error.To improve the response speed of the hydraulic system uses the PID control and the fuzzy control which compensates the PID;The error of the system utilizes the fuzzy PID compensation and the adaptive fuzzy control compensation under the condition of the constant load force and the variable load force The output of the fuzzy control is compared with the adaptive fuzzy control The the adaptive fuzzy algorithm can control the error of the opener’s ditching within 1mm meeting the precision sowing requirements..
