| This experiment taked national censored variety jihong 8937 of adzuki bean as a material, used different sowing date treatment after the Summer Solstice date in 2004 ~2005 in the Baoding area, sprayed different density of plant growth regulator PP333 and NAA when 6th ~ 8th piece of duplicate leaf,and researched the adzuki bean's birth period, the shape indexs, the physiological indexs, the dry material accumulation as well as the yield constitution and so on to the different sunshine length and regulator treatment response. In order to produce reasonable sowing date and regulator, regulated the adzuki bean physiology change, enhanced adzuki bean's yield and the quality,and provided the theory basis. The study result indicated that:1 The influence of adzuki bean birth period Short day lengths is the main fact which induced adzuki bean into florescence. In procreating period, the less of sunlight, the obvious of induced effect, and the advanced of florescence. The temperature is the main fact of adzuki bean's seed grouting, the later of sowing date, the slower of seed grouing. The research indicated that, the sowing date was the primary factor to adzuki bean's birth period, and there changed greatly among different sowing date.Although the early sowing date's total birth period was slightly increased comparing to the late sowing date,the period of duration change on different sowing date was not obvious.The proportion of vegetative growth time was longer to the early sowing date, and accumulated massive nutrients;Late sowing caused the reproductive growth period ahead of time and lengthens, achieved the total period of duration proportion 58%, exceeded about 10 percentage points comparing to the early sowing date.The difference of procreate period between every sowing date is the key influence fact of shape indexs, physiological indexs, dry matter accumulation, distribution and diversion, also the forming of yield configuration. PP333 treatment caused the fl(?)rescence ahead of time, and NAA treatment postponed the florescence arrival.2 The influence of adzuki bean shape indexs The relations between plant's high, the stem thick, the branching number and the sowing date were close. The early sowing date had the obvious superiority compared to middle and late sowing date on above shape indexs. The plant's high, the stem thick, the branching number of early sowing date were 1.3 times, 1.15 times and 1.3 times to middle sowing date;and were 1.7 times, 1.3 times and 1.4 times to last sowing date. The influence to the main stalk pitch number, the leaf area were also obvious, but not obvious on weight per leaf area.PP333 treatment caused plant high, the leaf area to reduced, and increased the stem thick, the branching number and weight per leaf area, the influence to main stalk pitch number was not obvious. Under each processing the overall effect was:r2>rl>ck>r3;The NAA treatment increased adzuki bean's plant high, the leaf area and the branching number, it reduced the main stalk pitch number slightly, its influence to the stem thick was not obvious too. The overall effect is a2>a3>al>ck.3 The influence of adzuki bean physiological indexs The influence of sowing date treatment tocarotenoid was not obvious. The tendency of chlorophyll content was ascend in first and descend at last. As to chlorophyll content comparison, the late sowing date was obviously lower than early and middle sowing date. Speaking of the soluble protein content, the late sowing date had the advantage between three sowing date, the overall tendency is: late sowing date >middle sowing date >early sowing date. The sowing date postponed, the MDA contents higher. The contents of MDA in early and middle sowing date increased quickly in late procreate period. PP333 and NAA treatment increased the content of carotenoid, soluble protein, chlorophyll of adzuki bean's function leaf, and strengthened the photosynthesis ability. There were corresponding relation between photosynthesis ability and the contents of soluble protein, chlorophyll to early sowing date by PP333 treatment. The treatment effect of PP333 was obviously surpasses to NAA. the roughly tendency is r2>rl>a2>al> ck>a3>r3. PP333 and NAA treatment also suppressed the contents of MDA in the later period at some extent.4 The influence of dry matter accumulation The sowing date was the most primary factors to dry matter accumulate. Early sowing date causes the adzuki bean nutrition body far to be bigger than late sowing date, and it affected the material assignment and diversion in various organs. The tendency of dry matter accumulate presents "S" building-up curve in three sowing date, but the appeared of linear rise period was respectively differently, the persistence days and the biggest growth speed also had great difference. When 37 days after spraying, the material accumulation of early sowing date exceed about 90% to late sowing date, and middle sowing date exceed 40% than late sowing date. PP333 causes few accumulation in earlier period, but it promoted the nutrients diversion promptly to the flower and legumen. The effect of NAA was not obvious as PP333 treatment, but it promoted the adzuki bean's plant nutrition body of late sowing date to some extent.5 The influence of adzuki bean yield configuration Regardless of legumen number and legumen weight of solely plant, or hundred grains weigh and ultimate yield, the early sowing date is higher than other sowing date. F examination indicated that, legumen number and legumen weight of solely plant between every sowing date achieved the extremely remarkable level (PO.01). As for total yield, the early sowing date exceed 1/3 and nearly 80% to middle and late sowing date. PP333 increased the legumen number and legumen weight of solely plant, also increased hundred grains weigh and ultimate yield, r2 was superior than other treatment, the treatment effect of overall yield was that: r2>r3>rl>ck. Compared the effects, PP333 was super to NAA, but the treatment effect of PP333 and NAA were not obvious as sowing date. |
