Guangxi is located in the subtropical,majority of land is hilly area and cassava resources are very rich,which is about 360000 hectares,accounting for about 60%of planting area,its main harvest by artificial homework to complete with the low efficiency.At present,development of cassava harvest machine is preliminary in China,which is not suitable for clay environment of harvest.Therefore,designing a kind of root harvest machine can promote development of Guangxi cassava planting.This paper introduces the cassava harvest machine included loosing soil,orientation,lifting,shaking,clip-put in one function.For cassava harvest machine's virtual design and simulation,it mainly researches from the following aspects in the paper.1.Based on the cassava field experiment row spacing,line spacing,center distance migration etc,which should be measured,the cassava stalks in mature are under the condition of stretching,compressing,bending for the determination elastic modulus and moisture content.2.According to the most superior human pull-out cassava speed model,using the principle of bionics helps to design and analysis cassava root harvest machine with loosing soil,orientation,lifting,shaking,clip-put in one function.3.Kinematics simulation and modal analysis can be realized by the establishment of cassava root harvest machine virtual prototype and drawn out that movement rules have reached design requirement and the machine system have avoided resonance area;Gears' the strength analysis and transmission shaft's optimization design have been done in ADAMS and ANSYS,.and analysis shows that the gears' design and transmission shaft's optimization design are reasonable.4.This paper designs and analysis the cassava harvest machine's electro-hydraulic controlled system,with simulating the electro-hydraulic controlled system in Matlab and viewing lift equipment by the visualization window.
