Function Improvement Research On The Accessorial-room Of Existing Country House In Cold Area

Ministry of Science and Technology with MOC, SASAC, MOE and Ministry of Land and Natural Resources startup the work"technologies integration and demonstration of well-off houses in countryside", which is a National Key Technology R&D Program in the 11th Five year Plan of china. However, there are not any national regulation and design criteria for improving existing country houses or any correlative access system to instruct the resident. At present, interrelated reconstruction mainly concentrates on massive rebuilding by the government and decoration by the residents, lacking of pertinence and system.This article aims at the deficiencies of kitchen and bathroom in existing country houses in cold area, which exist in using procedure, the constitution of the sources of energy, facilities equipments and the quality of environment. And a in-depth research is committed by the means of statistics and literature studying. Furthermore, analyses, classification and assess is given out, according to the production in other subjects and project practice. Then the actuality of facilities in kitchen and bathroom and the aim and measurement of improving the function is defined by classification and assortment.At last some graded improvement standard, strategy and implementation steps are proposed, which are suit for the functions of kitchen and bathroom in existing country houses in cold area, according investigation and analysis induction in combination of the actuality in the constitution of functions, the constitution of the energy sources, facilities equipments and improvement of environment.Reinstruction technical strategy is based on national criteria about well-off houses in countryside and according to the investigation on the residents'actual situation and demand. Reinstruction criteria on improvement strategy for the functions of kitchen and bathroom in existing country houses in cold area is studied and proposed in four aspects: first, the function improvement is expatiated on area criteria and efficiency index, and a new idea accessing function by efficiency is put forward; second, graded aims on ecological energy are proposed based on the actual situation; third, in the aspect of facilities in kitchen and bathroom, fitting improvement criteria and development aim is proposed respectively in water supply and drainage, heating ventilation and power supply; the environment improvement criteria ensures a healthy life for countryside residents, a improved environment for residential district and a sustainable development for society.
