| Flexible pumped concrete is a new form of support in underground engineering supporttechnology, the application of concrete technology is a part of flexible support of pumpedconcrete technology study. Fast hardening self-compacting flexible pumped concrete in theflexible pumped concrete is on the basis of ensuring the concrete setting time and mobility,improve the early strength and final strength, meet the requirements based on the prepared. Itis important to the early strength and improving construction speed of the flexible pumpedconcrete.The paper uses self-comacting concrete mix design combined with ordinary concrete mixdesign as mix design methods to carry out calculations. And uses orthogonal experimentalmethod to study the water consumption, water cement ratio, unit absolute volume of gravelcontent, high early strength composite superplasticizer content, unit volume of powdercontent and the work performance on the fast hardening flexible pumped concrete, mainlycollapsing slump of concrete mixture, collapsing slump flow, self-compacting properties andthe compressive strength after hardens, tensile strength of several indicators were studied. Theresults show that the main factors of fast hardening flexible pumped self-compacting concreteis water, unit volume of powder content, unit absolute volume of gravel content.
