Household ventilator is a kind of equipment that uses artificial mechanical ventilation to replace automatic ventilation.It is mainly used to treat sleep apnea and other diseases,and has a broad market prospect.Household ventilator based on adaptive support ventilation mode can effectively improve patients’ respiratory function.There are mature products abroad,but the research on related products of this mode in China is still blank.In view of this situation,this thesis developes a household ventilator based on a new adaptive support ventilation mode,which lays a foundation for the domestic research in this direction.This thesis designs and improves the key algorithms of adaptive support ventilation mode household ventilator,and develops the supporting wechat mini program to realize the application-oriented innovation of ventilator.The main research work of this thesis is summarized as follows:(1)This thesis analyzes the research status of ventilator products at home and abroad,introduces some technical problems of domestic ventilator,points out that there is a gap in the field of adaptive support ventilation mode domestic ventilator,and most of household ventilators do not have supporting wechat mini program.These are the research motivations to determine the research direction and content of this thesis.(2)This thesis studies the related knowledge of household ventilator and wechat mini program development.This thesis introduces the basic principle of ventilator,the relevant technical parameters of adaptive support ventilation mode household ventilator,and the basic knowledge of wechat mini program development,which lays a theoretical foundation for the development of adaptive support ventilation mode household ventilator and wechat mini program.(3)In this thesis,the function of adaptive support ventilation mode is designed.The working principle,adjustment and adaptability of adaptive support ventilation mode are analyzed and studied.Based on this theory,the workflow of adaptive support ventilation mode is designed,and the adjustment range of important technical parameters of adaptive support ventilation mode is set.Finally,taking the workflow as the main body,the program of the adaptive support ventilation mode is designed.By porting the μC/OS-Ⅱ operating system to the embedded system,the main program of the household ventilator and the program tasks closely related to this mode are designed,and the basic functions of the adaptive support ventilation mode are realized.(4)This thesis studies and designs the key algorithms of adaptive support ventilation mode household ventilator.Aiming at the problem that the original algorithm of inspiratory tidal volume measurement is inaccurate,an improved algorithm of inspiratory tidal volume measurement is designed to reduce the measurement error of inspiratory tidal volume.Aiming at the problems of inspiratory trigger error and trigger failure in the original algorithm of inspiratory trigger,an improved algorithm of inspiratory trigger is designed to make the household ventilator realize normal inspiratory trigger,and the user experience of household ventilator is improved by introducing the sensitivity of inspiratory trigger.In order to make the household ventilator realize the basic ventilation function of adaptive support ventilation mode,a respiratory adjustment algorithm is designed according to the working principle of this mode.By adjusting the inspiratory pressure and respiratory rate,the user’s breathing process is constantly close to the ideal breathing state.(5)In order to improve the user experience,this thesis developes a supporting wechat mini program based on the adaptive support ventilation mode household ventilator.This thesis studies the code composition of wechat mini program,completes the interface function design of wechat mini program,designs the data transmission function of bluetooth and Wi-Fi module,designs the communication protocol of two-way data frame transmission between household ventilator and wechat mini program,and designs the communication program between household ventilator and wechat mini program.By developing wechat mini program based on the household ventilator,household ventilator can realize real-time monitoring of telemedicine and treatment.(6)This thesis uses active simulated lung to test the performance of the developed household ventilator with adaptive support ventilation mode,including improved algorithm of inspiratory tidal volume measurement,the improved inspiratory trigger algorithm,the adaptive support ventilation mode respiratory adjustment algorithm,and the data communication between the household ventilator and wechat mini program.The tests show that the improved algorithm of inspiratory tidal volume measurement and improved inspiratory trigger algorithm designed in this thesis are effective and improved compared with the original algorithm and the domestic ventilator algorithm.The adaptive support ventilation mode respiratory adjustment algorithm realizes the basic functions of this mode,and is more adaptive than the CPAP mode and BiPAP mode commonly used in household ventilator.All the functional interfaces of the wechat mini program have realized the normal data communication with the household ventilator after testing.To sum up,the performance of adaptive support ventilation mode household ventilator developed in this thesis meets the design requirements,and has high practicability and innovation.
