High-power rectifier power supply system is one of the core equipment of theelectrolytic production.The safe and reliable operation is very important for theelectrolytic rectifier power supply system.In this paper,based on hybrid system theoryand bond graph modeling techniques,established the bond graph model of theelectrolytic rectifier power supply system,and studied the fault diagnosis algorithmbased bond graph model of the power rectifier power system.First,on the basis of the electrolytic power rectifier power supply systemautomation control development in the world,analyzed a smelter power supply systemcircuit structure and fault phenomena,and studied the characteristics of model-basedfault diagnosis method.Discussed the key technologies of the power system faultdiagnosis.Second,Outlined the basic principles of the bond graph modeling.Based on thehybrid system theory and bond graph modeling technique,proposed a modelingmethod can be applied to the power rectifier power supply system.And verify thecorrectness and validity of the simulation model. This method provide new ideas andmethods of model-based diagnosis.Finally,the article also study the high-power electrolytic power rectifier powersystem fault diagnosis method based on bond graph.This method can achieve accuratepositioning of the electrolytic rectifier power supply system failure with mixedcharacteristics.High-power rectifier power supply system as an object,elaborate on theprocess of the time cause and effect diagram is generated by the system bond graphmodel,then create a fault tree analysis of the system fault state and cause. Comparedwith MATLAB simulation results,the paper proved the validity of this diagnosticmethod. For further study of the model-based fault detection and tracking, faultisolation and identification,it provide a new ideas and methods.
