| With the rapid development of virtual reality technology , computer and network technology,computer simulation technology is applied more and more widely in many fields. Computer simulation technology has many advantages,such as graphical modeling,human-computer interaction,systems management and security operations,favored by the majority of customers.The traditional engine room simulator is the semi-physical type and hybrid simulator,this simulator has many shortcomings,such as: the poor stability of working,the high cost of experimental equipment operation,maintained difficultly,the number of trainees and the time of training restricted by the space and so on ,but, the operation of the physical simulator allows the operator a more sensory experience. Using virtual simulator to solve the problems of Physical simulator, virtual engine room simulator based on PIMS has the following advantages: the good stability of the work,low operation cost,maintained easily,the number of trainees and the time of training are not restricted by the space and so on. Users can visit virtual control system directly via the Internet,in own PC can manipulate,achieve the remote network-based training. Under the premise that in ensuring the quality of training,significantly reducing the cost of training; also allows trainees to arrange for training time,and makes the trainees more easily. The traditional approach of evaluate graded is used artificial graded way,this approach is highly subjective way. The evaluate graded system created in system,analyzed the needed steps of the virtual control of the remote control system,and then take the appropriate assessment graded means,ultimately gives the results after the operator finished the operation in one time. This graded system gives the results of the operator by the computer operating directly,to exclude subjective factors,the results become more objectivity,and also more equitable and just. The marine main engine remote control virtual operation system based on PIMS,the database of SQL Server 2005 and the PIMS is connected by the ODBC. Using the database of SQL Server 2005 can save all the operation records of the operator,for teachers or the operator to verify the operation.The research object of this subject is the main engine remote control system. Simulator using a 1600 TEU container ship which used Autochief IV main engine control system as a prototype,using the configuration technology,network technology,computer technology and so on,to build the marine main engine remote control virtual operation system base on PIMS,finish the relevant virtual operation of running main engine. The main research topics are as follows: 1)construct the control console models of main engine remote control system; 2)design well man-machine interfaces; 3)finish the simulation of the main engine remote control manipulation process; 4)web publishing system; 5)create evaluate graded system.Focus of this paper is the simulation of the main engine remote control virtual manipulates process,using PIMS to create the models,to carry out the simulation of the virtual manipulates process by writing scripts. System can achieve appropriate modifications according to the needs of different users,it has strong expansibility. |
