The proper selection of the press-mounting process affects the performance of the gearbox directly. To achieve this function, this paper will aim to the press-mounting process of the gearbox assembly, by theoretical calculation, the finite element simulation, actual press-mounting date to make research and analysis, develop the press-mounting equipment.First of all, this paper elaborates on the structure and the work principle and press-mounting process of gearbox. Then made comparison and research on various press-mounting methods in details, and choose AC servo press-mounting method as the best press-mounting method that can meet the requirement of gearbox press-mounting process.By the finite element method, deduce the assembly Process that press gearbox taper roller bearing to gear bearing, deduce a theoretical calculation formula, then according to the formula calculated some gearbox press-mounting parameter, draw the press-mounting force—displacement curve. By using ANSYS, to do a model building analysis on above-mentioned press-mounting process. First, made model building analysis on each gearbox press-mounting part, get the press-mounting parameter, put out the press-mounting force—displacement curve; Second, change each theoretical formula parameter of the analytical model, draw the chart of the relationship between press-mounting force and parameter respectively, to verify the accuracy of the theoretical calculation formula. Through theoretical calculation and the software simulation, to get the initial press-mounting parameter of each press-mounting part, provide the theoretical basis for the next design of the press-mounting equipment, in order to meet the requirement of the press-mounting process better.Choose the proper electric servo cylinder, draw the control flow chart, as the core component of press machine, and input above-mentioned press-mounting parameter, next conduct the press-mounting experiment.
