A Vibration Measurement And Data Analysis System Of The On-board Optical Equipment

The vehicle vibration ,which is caused by various factors during the process of transport, has a great influence on the on-board optical equipment.Then it's necessary to use the damping device.In order to evaluate the performance of the damping device,the vibration signal before and after damping should to be collected and analyzed.For this purpose, this paper has developed a set of vibration measurement and data analysis system. UDAQ10016 of Sichuan topology's and Accelerometers are used for the hardware, the vibration measurement and data analysis system uses the software of Matlab and Visual Basic to develop, paired with matrixVB and Matlab's component generator with the name is combuilder.The part of vibration measurement include sensor calibration, configuration, signal sampling ,display and data storage. Two formate of file is offerred for output.The system can automatically save data when it is sampling continuously. The signal figure can be shown in matlab.The part of data analysis include the time domain analysis and the frequency domain analysis. The time domain analysis has three items: the signal display,preprocessment and filtering; the frequency domain includes amplitude of FFT, PSD, cross PSD and frequency response estimation. Before spectrum analysis something is used to improve the function of welch in matlab.The data analysis system can deal with all channels'data for the FFT and PSD every time.Thus the efficiency is enhanced greatly.The on-board optical equipment vibration measurement and data analysis system has already been put into use.During the low frequency vibration test of the isolator, both the software of origin and the one developed by this paper are used to analyze the data,and the two results are almost similar. This is a powerful proof to prove that the on-board optical equipment vibration measurement and data analysis system is correct.Test on sevral different load is done to evaluate the damping character of these damping equipment.By analyzing the data carefully,some reasable suggestion is put up to improve the isolator.
